  Highly recommended. The chicken is so crunchy and flavorful, crispy seasoned fries and gooey mac that really tastes like cheese (not like other spots where it has no taste). The milkshakes and smoothies are a MUST. They have the best cookies and cream milkshake i’ve ever had and we got the mango pineapple smoothie and they use frozen fruit not ice so it was thick and delicious. Staff is so friendly and I loved the decor inside, I love when the walls are painted with murals that embody the location. 10/10

  This was the hubby and My first time here and holy wow is the food delicious! The employees were friendly and it was clean inside. I gave it 4 stars because it was very messy not necessarily a bad thing when it comes to food but the bun ended up soggy- which made the sandwich fall apart. Perhaps that’s because we ordered for pickup (still 10/10 on flavor) The napkins are small and for the mess our sandwich was, that was unfortunate as we had a car date! Overall 9/10 we will be back especially for the Mac fire fry!

  You know when you can’t decide on what that thing is that you’re craving to eat. Nothing sounds appealing but you start looking around. Going outside what is familiar and safe? That’s where I was the first night I ordered take out from FireBirdz. Didn’t know what to expect. The first thing that got my attention when ordering online was their menu. Simply Elegant. Not filled with any and everything. No. An artist, sharing their craft. This is what gave me the confidence to go right for their hottest offering of spicy chicken. After all spicy was what I was looking for. I must also mention how friendly the staff who greeted me at the counter was. He excitedly, asked me if I’d been before, and how I heard of his restaurant. I answered. Shortly after he appeared with a rather large bag of the most delicious smelling food. Offered me a complimentary beverage, and hoped that I’d enjoy my meal, and return back soon. Very genuine, passionate business owner. Not something you see too often these days. Now, I only take the time to mention these details after having been back several times after. Because I was by no means disappointed after the first time, and I recommend anyone give them a try. My only advice is if you only casually enjoy spicy food, and often find disappointment elsewhere, I believe you will not find that here. Very good flavor, and heat profile that will mellow out nicely over their delicious milk shakes and French fries! 😉

  Today was the first time I tried firebirdz hot chicken. The food was so good, the chicken was juicy on the inside and a nice crunch on the outside,the fries were a perfect crisp and well seasoned. Staff were very helpful and made very good suggestions. I highly recommend you try it out this place is fire🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 #BestHotChickeninpottstown only at firebirds

  First time eating there today. The girl running the counter was very friendly and helpful. She made some good suggestions that I ended up trying and liking. The #14 saucy bites were my favorite. I had the mango sauce. Not to sweet nice little kick at hot level. I also got a sandwich and tender #3 combo. I really enjoyed the sandwich at hot level. I got the tender at reaper level. I eat very hot sauces so it was not the hottest I've had. The powdered seasoning was very thick and did not help to intensify the spice heat. I was good though. I got loaded fries to charge with my coworkers. Those were also very good and got rave reviews. Overall. The spice is good. Reaper (respectfully) could have been hotter. Overall the chicken was thoroughly cooked, still very tender and extremely juice. The breading had a crunch where it was needed. Overall I was impressed and would both recommend it and return for more. I though the prices were fair. The staff and owners were friendly and helpful and explained they can cater any item on their menu. Overall worth a try!
