  Absolutely terrible, the crew has no leader. They advertise food that isn't available. The girls in the back need an attitude adjustment, especially the one with the glasses working the grill. Made me wait for twenty minutes to not have it ready. Never come here

  when I walked in they didn’t greet me, this girl kept just staring with her weird self. I don’t understand how you are going to ask what protein I want when your out of all except chicken. i asked for steak , you didnt have it , beef you didnt have , only chicken. why even ask me. and then she tried to scoop up 3 pieces of steak and ask me if i wanted that. just so weird. Then your counter is not even clean it just filled with a bunch of ingredients. I literally felt sick after eating this nasty burrito and why is my chicken the same taste as plastic. Im never coming back ever again they should shut this down

  Came in to this place in the afternoon not many people here I got my food quick it was fair but wear I seat I had to clean off myself the floor was a mess the table next to me was trashed as well the people in the back were just standing around and I didn’t see a manger you would someone would clean the place but I guess not

  I scheduled my food to get picked up at 9:30pm I got there and waited 30 minutes while they made my burrito. I ended up having to go inside and ask them for my food after waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Whoever worked this evening was completely ridiculous and did not even apologize for the wait. Additionally while I waited I watched this guy touch his hair and repeatedly touch food surfaces without a hat or any kind gloves. Love chipotle but this locations is horrible.

  Arrived at 8:50 PM and was told they were out of chips even though i could clearly see a bag sitting in front of my face and then was told that was for “online only” . She then said “and i’m not turing the fryer back on to make more” with an attitude. even though they don’t close until 10 PM!? so I placed an online order for chips, and the cashier was super sweet and said that I could do that. The employee (who was extremely rude and told me she wouldn’t turn the fryer on) became visibly upset about this and snatched the bag of chips off the shelf aggressively. I don’t know anywhere that starts to shut off equipment over an hour before close without ensuring they have enough product to sell. this is a constant ongoing problem at this location. if you order online and they are out of something good luck getting a refund because i’ve ran into that issue before as well. One employee was extremely rude and clearly angered by me wanting chips, while another employee decided to turn the fryer back on and make me some chips took her less than 10 minutes.
