If I never would’ve open the sandwich to put ketchup on, I would’ve ate it. I went to the manager and all she offered was to remake the sandwich. Well duh obviously because I’m not going to eat the sandwich with a bug in it. I expected more from a high value chain I guess. You go to Applebees and they would remake your food ontop of a refund. Do better Chick Fil La.

She found a dead bug stuck to the inside of the roll!! She went up to the counter and they didnt offer a refund, they made her another sandwhich. Who wants to eat after finding a dead bug in their food! Disgusting and will not be back to this location. Make sure to check your food for bugs!!

We commonly have issues when placing a family order of 4-8 meals, often missing items or receiving something blatantly wrong. Today, not only did we realize we were missing 1 meal, but I purposefully asked before we left if the straws were in the bag with our order, to which they replied yes. I should have checked myself, because simply, they were not. While the quality and time of the food itself is always good, more thorough and accurate checking of bags and completed orders will proactively ensure this does not keep happening, so that people’s time and company food is not continually wasted. Additionally, while staff are always friendly and willing to provide a replacement, it does not take away the added time and distance to ensure nobody goes hungry. Simply, we do not feel that enough attention/ care is put into ensuring the correctness of each order and the supplies necessary. Systematically I believe quality control over orders could use a bit of work, as the staff do try their best to ensure satisfaction, but more attention to detail would help eliminate these mistakes.
