  The ladies who served us for lunch were SO sweet! Its not often i get a "happy friday!", that made my day. The food was also delicious (this was my pregnancy craving lol), my husband was very impressed with his reuben. Thank you all again!

  They messed up my order & I filled out the survey after I received the email and they called the same exact day and apologized for messing it up And said they would remake my sandwich’s for me. It was very kind of them & my new sandwich tasted much better. I appreciated the kindness and willingness to make sure I did not stay disappointed.

  I was the only customer in the store and it took a solid 5 minutes for someone to come up to take my order, I saw three employees in the back. Once the employee "Sean" came up he said nothing. No "Welcome to Arby's" or "What can I get for you?" He sat there and stared at me. I ordered and he didn't say anything or even tell me my total, I had to look at the screen. Once my item was ready he practically threw my item and straw on the counter and walked away. Very bad customer service overall.
