  I was the only customer in the store and it took a solid 5 minutes for someone to come up to take my order, I saw three employees in the back. Once the employee "Sean" came up he said nothing. No "Welcome to Arby's" or "What can I get for you?" He sat there and stared at me. I ordered and he didn't say anything or even tell me my total, I had to look at the screen. Once my item was ready he practically threw my item and straw on the counter and walked away. Very bad customer service overall.

  Dirty all over Dirty table chairs. Even the windows were filthy. staff acted like it was a chore to serve the food and then the order was wrong and some items cold so had to go back and deal with lazy staff again. Will never go back

  The lady drive thru manager is the rudest lady I have ever met Won't even say hi to you..do better
