  Extremely disappointing experience. I stopped at CAVA for lunch, and from the moment I walked in, the customer service was practically nonexistent. There were several employees behind the counter scurrying around doing various things, yet not one person greeted me, acknowledged me, or even said, “We’ll be right with you.” The cashier eventually made eye contact with me but still didn’t say a word. I stood there for about two minutes waiting to be acknowledged before finally deciding to leave. What made it even worse was that I walked over to the nearby Chipotle, where they had absolutely no problem greeting me and taking my order. It takes very little effort to simply acknowledge a customer standing in front of you. I shouldn’t have to wonder whether anyone plans on serving me. CAVA lost my business today, and based on this experience, I won’t be in a hurry to return.

  Abby was great, professional and fast. Seeing a work place where the cooks and front staff get along is awesome. Can’t recommend the food and people at this Cava enough!!

  This is my second time coming to this location and I must say, I’ve had a great experience both times. Today, I was greeted and serviced by Tyler. He was really patient with me as I was trying to decide what I wanted to order. He had great customer service skills. I decided on the Harissa Avocdo Bowl and Pita chips and it didn’t disappoint.

  Had an amazing experience at CAVA! Jay and Violet were absolutely awesome—super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was great, but their customer service really made the experience stand out. It’s always refreshing to come across people who genuinely care about making customers feel taken care of. Huge shoutout to Jay and Violet! Definitely will be back!

  My food was disappointing. I had ordered brown rice and it was crispy, hard, and plain disgusting. Not to mention, whilst settling down to eat this horrible meal, I saw one of the workers (white, mid 40s?) scream at another employee. What a terrible workplace environment!!! Worst place ever, would not recommend this location to anyone. I hope they give some more in depth training to their employees about a hostile work environment, because it’s clearly reflecting on the service and quality of food.
