  Nathan was great at helping me choose a drink. This was my 1st time and he gave me a great option to pick from. Definitely recommend with great friendly service.

  This was the 1st time visiting 7 Brew. I didn’t know what to order. Kyleigh was very helpful, pleasant and took her time in explaining the different drinks. She showed me a copy of the menu and made suggestions according to what I liked. I was very pleased with her customer service and will definitely be back.

  I have been coming to this 7 brew since the first day it opened. The atmosphere is always up beat! The workers are all so friendly. I have tried a variety of their drinks and love every one of them. The workers bust their butts getting orders out as fast as they can when the line is backed up. I stop every time I pass to try a new drink or get one of my favorites!

  This location is horrible. Service and drinks are subpar. I’ve been to over a dozen other locations around the country and this by far is the worst as far as accuracy and service. I am a nurse and would bring in orders for myself and other nurses on the same shift. I place the order either in person or through the app and something is always incorrect. Tonight was the icing on the cake as far as worst visits. I had 6 drinks in my order….she handed me my only hot coffee first. Lid was not on correctly and 1/2 of the hot coffee spilt directly on me and in my car. No acknowledgment of the incident and she flitted away to grab my other drinks. Luckily i had a cloth towel handy otherwise i would’ve been scalded. She then brought my other drinks. 3 of lids were not on correctly and they spilt a bit as i put them in my cup holders. Either 7brew needs to have an inservice on how to use the lids or you need to get different lids that the employees can operate. Although i have not had this issue at any other locations, so maybe just more training at this location. My one drink was also supposed to be no ice, it was not made properly. I told the girl and she just said have a nice day and walked away. So the one hot drink was spilled, one drink was incorrect and 3 out of 4 of the rest of the drinks lids were not on. And then the staff stare at you until they get a tip….how about some proper service first, then maybe you deserve a tip.

  Got hot coffee spilled on me by one of the car hops. Didn’t apologize let alone offer a towel or replacement. Then proceeded to hand me the rest of my drinks whose lids also weren’t on. Causing another to spill. So only 2 of my 6 drinks were safely handed to me. Also told her one of my drinks was wrong and she said have a good day then walked off. Truly over priced and horrible service. I’ve given them multiple chances and they Continue to disappoint at this location.
