  Overall this location seems very unorganized and inefficient at getting lines done in order. Sat in line for almost 45 minutes due to a persons order continuously being messed up while the other line was moving non stop. Spots for issues and larger orders should be a thing and there should be a system in place to ensure you’re taking orders in the order that people join the line. I am watching many people wait 5 minutes to even order while others who just pulled up are already ordering and receiving their drinks. Overall they need to do better with the volume they are doing each day.

  This location is hit or miss, honestly I think it depends on who is working. Some days the crew is amazing - friendly, quick, etc. while other days the crew is sluggish and it feels like they hate their job and/or couldn't care less about their responsibilities. Today's experience made me write this review, we were the 2nd car in line and we waited over 20mins for 1 drink. The young boy running the lane seemed to be more interested in flirting with his female coworkers vs. waiting on the customers in his lane. Very disappointed 😞.. Consistent good customer service just isn't 'a thing' anymore, unfortunately.

  My first time here at 7BC (on Clairton Blvd) Gianna was absolutely fabulous. For my first experience I let her choose a coffee for me. After all the recommendations, she and another girl choose something from the "secret menu"....they have a secret manu... The whole experience was full of laughter and great time and lots of recommendations. They have every single flavor you could think of. I will definitely come back. 1 week later I am back. This time Ella and Nathan were really fun and happy to help me with recommendations. They are such a fun team. Great coffee too!

  I’m always excited to stop by 7 Brew and grab my favorite drink. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and make every visit enjoyable. Today, Liliana really stood out by being personable and taking the time to ask my car about our day. It’s little interactions like that that make a difference and keep me coming back. Great drinks and great customer service every time!

  The music was a bit intense and club-like for my taste. I ordered the Toasted Marshmallow Latte, but honestly, I didn’t get much toasted marshmallow flavor from it. It also wasn’t sweet enough for my liking and tasted very similar to something I could make at home—mostly milk, a shot of espresso over ice, and a pump of sweetener. It just didn’t feel particularly special or worth going out of my way for. The interaction at the drive-thru also seemed to change after I chose not to add a tip to my order. Maybe I misread the situation, but the experience felt a little less friendly afterward. I understand tipping has become more common, but being prompted for a tip on nearly every transaction can feel excessive at times. Overall, the drink and experience didn’t quite live up to my expectations.
