  My mom went there to get us drinks it's not our normal brew but she put my number in to get rewards and pull up our past drinks. There are 2 past drinks in there that are favorited and she asked for the hot medium cinnamon roll with almond milk whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkles. She did not get that drink she got a regular hot cinnamon roll with just breve. The girl said she clicked on the recent drink but she didn't. I know this because I pulled up the past orders and saw that it is completely rang in wrong.I'm extremely disappointed. My mom can't drink it because because she can't have dairy.

  I don’t know how long a typical wait should be. This place needs more employees for peak hours. Someone needs to look at the data. There is absolutely no reason you should be waiting over an hour for a single coffee at 3pm on a Saturday.

  Took a half hour to get my coffee. Over 20 cars in line and only one person making drinks while the rest of the staff stands around… the entire staff should be fired and needs to managed properly. Go to a Starbucks and all the baristas are keeping busy pushing orders out.

  ok so honestly, i was really excited about this place. but genuinely this turned into a dumpster fire. i have places to be. i don’t come to 7brew to wait in line for 45 minutes. if your employees don’t want to be there they need to be fired. honestly. they need at least a small sense of urgency because there is NONE!!!!!! probably won’t be coming back here.

  I LOVE 7 Brew In Pleasant Hills it's a Great New Business & I think the hours they are open is Great for convenience. I also think the employees are Very Friendly 😀 & the Drinks are yummy & there's a lot of variety 🤩 & I really give it up for these folks especially when the weather was so hot & winter is coming so I give them 5 Stars 🤩 I can't wait for there to be more opened up please open wine in Spartanburg South Carolina or Boiling Springs South Carolina
