For the price I was disappointed- my cup was all ice. I thought it was strange you can’t order ahead on an app? I don’t know I wanted to check out what all the fuss was about, but I definitely do not think I would go back here. There’s a bunch of other coffee shops that are way better than this place. Maybe if you’re going for a dirty soda, then I understand but unfortunately, those are such a fad that I don’t really know how well this place will do overtime

The one positive is that they do keep the line moving. When we went, it was a little busy, and they had two order lines that moved quickly. However, our order was so messed up that they were undrinkable. We ordered our usual drinks — the same drinks we always order at coffee shops, ranging from Starbucks to small local cafés — and we’ve never experienced issues like this before. I’m not sure if the mistakes were due to the shop being new or if the drinks are typically made this way, but our experience was very disappointing. We ordered two large iced drinks. The first was a vanilla iced latte. It was served as a medium instead of a large, and it was so excessively sweet to the point that it was undrinkable. It was honestly the worst vanilla iced latte I’ve had. The second drink was a large iced coffee with Stevia, sugar-free vanilla, and a splash of creamer. Again, it was served as a medium instead of a large. It contained so much creamer that it looked more like milk instead of coffee, and there was no vanilla flavor at all, making us think the sugar-free vanilla may not have been added. What concerned us most was that when the drinks were handed to us, what the staff said was the sugar-free drink, was actually the latte. Trusting the word of the staff resulted in my diabetic husband taking a sip of a sugary drink, making him very sick. Overall, we don't understand all the hype and excitement. Based on our experience, we’ll be sticking with Starbucks, Dunkin’, and really any other coffee shop.

Attitude of all employees is always so fantastic! Depending on the time you go lines can be pretty long but they seem to work pretty quickly through the rushes. Note: I asked Gabriel for a recommendation on a drink because they were out of a flavor I wanted and he chose fantastically! I would recommend his favorite which is Orange, Watermelon, Strawberry and Lemon Concentrate! Very summery!!

I honestly never write reviews but today I came in and the line long was really long. Me and my husband were waiting for a long time for our drinks-But when we were given our order the girl giving us our drinks was so kind. We talked about how it was her junior high school prom that day and went on to talk to me and my husband being very respectful to the both of us. He is a diabetic and she made SURE 100% that his drink was suger free.( she was the only person that was handing out all the drinks) and she still made us feel like we were a delight to be there. It would have been easy for her to go inside and talk to everyone else but she chose to stay outside and have a meaningful conversation which made me feel like more than a plan customer. It’s really rare to come across someone who is kind and respectful. (the drinks were also very good)- worth the wait.

Went there and got behind the car that was there before me. There was 5 of us in the drive thru. The female employee was waiting on one car and the male worker was waiting on one, leaving 2 vehicles in front of me and 1 that had just pulled in behind me. The female employee sent me and the guy in front of me to the other lane instead of keeping us in order and taking his order next. She went and took the vehicle that came in behind me before both of us that were there before her. The car that came after me was long gone before me and the guy in front of me got our drinks! What kind of system is that?! Then when I brought it to her attention she (I'm a nice voice) argued with me about the situation. As I pulled away, my daughter saw her go to her coworker and start talking about me and the situation. I then pulled up to where you get your drinks. The young blonde employee, very professional (I give her 5 stars), listened to my complaint about the situation and even gave 2 coupons for future drinks. She asked if I wanted to speak to the manager as well, which I declined. Unfortunately the way they move the traffic around and take cars orders that come in after other cars that were already there will prevent me from returning. I hope they come up with a better system, one that's fair. It's definitely an overrated place.
