  I'm giving a one-star review because of the service I received this evening. I ordered my food which included a Greek gyro and when I was in the parking lot I noticed that I got a beef gyro. I went inside to get the correct sandwich. I told the woman at the counter, who was also the person who took my order, and when I told her my issue, she stated that I said beef gyro. First of all there is no beef gyro there is a Greek Gyro and a roast beef gyro. I told her no I said Greek. And then she corrected me again and said no you said beef gyro and stormed in the back. I looked around at the other customers and scoffed and said I think I know what I said. I saw her passively aggressively making my sandwich, huffing and puffing. A different employee gives me my sandwich, I thank him. It's really weird that she's arguing with me over a sandwich. The correct response should have been I'm sorry that I misheard you sir let me get your correct order. To make matters worse this woman appeared to be at least in her fifties and also appeared to be a supervisor. I think giving her age and title that she would understand customer service a little bit better. I understand mistakes happen but don't blame the customer when you misheard what they said. Please do so much better.

  I when through the drive thru when the lady so so mean when talking to me and when I tried to order roast beef they told me they didn't have any. HOWW

  They let yall food fall on the floor and they still use it… they don’t wash they hands, touching everything under tge sun and making your food with them same gloves still, they don’t care about no one not even the customer for real they just want to make a sell so they “look” good no one in kitchen wears a hair net and 7 time outta 10 there is hair on your food if u got anything which cheese
