  Ordered delivery and half the order was missing. I was missing $15 in sides, and only got a refund for $9. Additionally, most of the boneless wings were really small and was cold to the touch. The order was delivered within 15 minutes, so I suspect the wings were just sitting out cold ready to go for deliveries. I used to love going to Wingstop growing up, but for past few years I lived somewhere without one. I was so excited to try this spot, but will not be back. Would love justice for my cheesy fries 😭

  Service is horrible when you guys first opened the food was amazing now I don’t know what y’all got going on. The machine never has ice the drink is always flat like it’s been there like forever and the food is disgusting now. You guys need to do better. It’s like when I order my food on DoorDash I’m always having issues something is always wrong

  Fries were great ranch was great. The chicken was my main focus and I was unhappy. The chicken was like gum chewy I didn’t want my chicken to be so soft. Maybe that was partially my fault for not being specific about the way I like my chicken cooked. But honestly I was very disappointed.

  The people are very unsanitary, rude and disrespectful. They barely speak English and would say things under their breath in a different language and start laughing.

  I don’t know who is running this establishment but it needs cleaned up immediately. When I walked in there I told her i had a pick up order (not a dasher). But i wanted to order fries the girl goes in the back and stands on her phone for about 3 mins when i wanted to order fries. Then she finally rings me out and is still actively on her phone. Then after that I walk over to wait for my food i almost slipped because the floor was sticky with soda spills all over it. This is not even the worst part. While i’m waiting for my food a woman comes back from being in the bathroom and immediately gets into work NO HANDS WERE WASHED NO GLOVES. and to top it all off the man finally handed me my food and he asked me did you get a blue powerade i said yes and with my food he hands me a HALF DRANKEN CUP OF BLUE POWERADE………what is going on here guys. Please get this store back into shape the General Manager and Field leader should be ashamed.
