- TBT BanksAug 7, 20261.0This place just doesn't improve. Had a few good experiences but more bad than good!! Unprofessional staff, and can not respect or accept constructive criticism. Rather your restaurant is busy or slow, I expect made to order food. When a customer comes right back in door and respectfully asks for fresh chicken tenders, there should be no excuses or issues. I was told by a manager that, I shouldn't expect made to order service. I explained I came not and will not eat old chicken or fries that has been sitting waiting to be sauced or seasoned. Tbis has a occur once before and the issue was corrected a week later. So I gave them a break and another chance. However, that was 10 bucks gone to waste cause they basically sauced old tenders and regave them to me. I want my money back...How about that...Respect the culture respect your customers and serve hot food. Be more respectful and understanding!! Oh, and I ve literally helped u out when the kids where in there a few months ago. But myself and another customer witnessed you or mangament"" mistreat a paying young person customer, because of your disrespectful business logic!! Do better and caule your customers..Its because of them that your business thrives!! Respect all people period!!

Additionally, most of the boneless wings were really small and was cold to the touch. The order was delivered within 15 minutes, so I suspect the wings were just sitting out cold ready to go for deliveries. I used to love going to Wingstop growing up, but for past few years I lived somewhere without one. I was so excited to try this spot, but will not be back. Would love justice for my cheesy fries 😭
