  I been calling since Wednesday and no one answer the phone I didn't get a receipt and the food was barely cooked I don't appreciate it I'm from out of town working

  This is by far the worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. The lemon pepper was nothing but oil. I’m so glad I checked the wings before I got home even the french fries taste like they were fried in oil that’s 90 days old. I should’ve known when I walked in the place received a cup and went to the machine to Vend, mydrink, a gnat was in the cup. I opened the ranch. It was so thick. It looked like cucumber sauce, but then it had like separated liquid inside it. . Everything was just disgusting. Maybe it was a bad day, but I don’t know how you can go wrong with french fries or ranch dressing. Recommend this location I typically use the location on Ohio River Boulevard. I’ve never been dissatisfied with their food. ****^Went there on a Sunday for a refund it’s Wednesday still no refund to my card****

  Walked in to the two workers having an intimate moment on the counter where my food was placed shortly after. Then they sold combos to the few customers in the store, knowing the soda machine was broken. When we asked for refund on the drink we were belittled and threatened. It’s a shame the food was good but the workers were a nightmare. First and last time I will be going here.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE FOR BUSINESS!! The store hours state that they open at 10:30am but apparently that doesn’t mean anything and the employees just show up whenever they want. Doors were locked when I came in to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready at 10:45. Also no way to get refunded through the app or cancel the order while you wait for employees to show up to open the store. Then they couldn’t even cancel or refund it for me because they didn’t know how. There should be a manager on site at all times that can open the store on time and handle any issues. This is very unprofessional and irritating because this is not the first time this has happened to me at this store. I’ve been coming here since opening in Robinson and it’s never been this bad. UPDATE: they also gave me the wrong order and lied on the phone about the order not being wrong! Ordered Cajun fries with original hot sauce on the chicken and didn’t get either! Regular fries and dry chicken with no sauce. And the store refused to give me a refund! I will be telling all of my friends that love Wingstop not to be doing business here anymore. Absolutely unprofessional and ratchet! They claim to be managers but don’t even know how to cancel an order or do a refund???

  Try answering the phone! I walk into the location and everyone inside is on a cell phone yet nobody is answering the store phone! The guy outside smoking was on his phone when I asked he told me the receiver isn’t working…… You have 2 phones and nobody is answering nor trying to get the phone fixed that’s a hot mess and terrible customer service! The attitude about is even worse if I could give them negative stats I would poor management from the store level all the way to regional management!
