New ordering kiosk is missing menu items. Service is apathetic: apparently the guy who was making orders went to the bathroom for a prolonged period of time, and none of the other 5 people meandering around in the back would step up to finish making my items.
Unlikely to ever go back.

This may be the worst taco bell in america. The food is always dry, they never have Baja Blast (and often don't have cinnamon twists), and you WILL 100% find something didn't make it to your bag, after you (hopefully didn't this time) spend an hour or more in a line that holds ~5 cars. Drinks, cheese, chips, etc are routinely underfilled.
I (unfortunately) frequent this taco bell because it is close and my girlfriend is a vegetarian so options are limited. They ALWAYS screw something up. That is not hyperbole, I genuinely cannot remember a time my order was right without me correcting it. They've put beef on black bean crunch wraps and burritos, they've added random ingredients that aren't even supposed to come on items. They have forgotten to "supreme" more times than I can count (despite charging for it).
Seriously, they ran out of tortillas one time...
Edit: I've never given a 1 star review before, this one was triggered by not receiving honey mustard with my nuggets (after the long list of previously mentioned issues). When I drove back to the store to get some (because I've finally had enough), I was told I needed a receipt which I did not have (and later realized I was never given). It was only after I had left this review and began to dial corporate in front of the manager that I was given the chips they forgot and less honey mustard than I was owed.
Went through the drive thru at 12:32, the cashier stated they weren’t taking anymore orders? Would chose a different location. useless!

I am heartbroken today as the taco bell that I most consistently go to has let me down once more. I regret to inform everyone that I will be still returning here because I have a cripping taco bell addiction and it breaks my heart that the love I have for taco bell has to be filled by this mid location. I ordered a $7 box and was sorely let down. My chalupa was terrible. The meat was dry and the shell was dry. My mouth became the Sahara desert with every bite that's how dry it got. After I suffered through that experience, I opened my hard shell taco to find it smashed. Because I get that the hardshell can always break i let that one slide, but then, to cap it off, I opened my beefy 5 layer burrito and began to eat it, praying that my last food item would be mildly satisfactory, only to find that it was loaded with refried beans after I specifically put that I DID NOT WANT ANY BEANS. Nothing ruins my beefy 5 layer more than a bunch of beans in my mouth. Very sad.

This experience was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had at this taco bell in awhile. I will cut them some slack though because lately they've been improving a lot. I hope this visit is not a reflection of the direction they're still trending in though. The kiosk for ordering was broken so I couldn't get a dirty baja blast with my cravings box, when the manager found out he offered to have me buy one instead of making the problem right. I politely declined because I understand that it was the kiosks fault for the most part. However, when I received my food, my spicy potato soft taco had no sauce on it, my loaded potato griller was the smallest burrito I've ever seen in my life and essentially was half the size of a regular sized one. It took me 3 bites to eat, compared to my usual 6 or 7. Sad to see this performance especially because this taco bell has been doing so good lately.
