  I stopped in to get my order and the manager let me know they were out of one of my items and offered an alternative. I mentioned that the alternative was only about half the price of what I paid. The manager went and checked the prices and then offered two items to make the price difference even out. There was no altercation, no heated debate - just a comment and a manager offering a fair alternative. In the interim, there were two younger women behind the counter putting orders together. They both were talking about “wow, we have some whiners today”. I said excuse me twice and neither one of them would look at me - as expected. It was a totally inappropriate and unprofessional comment that didn’t even match the situation, not to mention they had no part in the interaction between the manager and I so I’m not really sure why the comment was even made in the first place. But hey if you’re going to say it, at least own it!! Hopefully someone will talk to them about appropriate content of conversation around customers before they end up causing a situation to escalate with a different customer. Since we’re here, I’ll go ahead and mention I was also given a different salad dressing than what should come with the salad I ordered. Definitely did not go well and I ended up throwing my salad out.

  Frequent missing of items ordered for delivery. Best they can do is give a small credit back. Unfortunately they don't check if the bag is fully packed with a complete order, nor can they re deliver. The manager is not accountable for the mistake past a credit, this has occurred multiple times. Would be nice if the team was coached to get the orders correct instead of inconveniencing the customer with half an order that can't be fixed. Disgusting customer service policies, you should have paid to redeliver what you missed in my order. Additionally my salad was missing Cilantro, so the item was not even made correctly!
