The food and atmosphere was fantastic on a busy Saturday night. Our server, Tiffany E. Was awesome from beginning to end. She made wonderful recommendations for our meal.

Food was excellent. Everyone's steaks were cooked perfectly. The hot chocolate cake is divine. The service from our server, Shaun, was top- notch. We had great conversation and he took great care of us. If you're in Pittsburgh, ask for Shaun when you go!

July 17, 2026 | Morton’s The Steakhouse — Pittsburgh, PA 🥂🥩
I made reservations at Morton’s The Steakhouse, and this was by far one of our favorite upscale dining experiences.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant and special. The atmosphere was beautiful, the service made us feel taken care of, and we decided to really enjoy the experience—wine, cocktails, appetizers, steak, lobster, salmon, sides and, of course, dessert. ❤️
Everything was beautifully presented, but more importantly, it was delicious. This wasn’t the kind of dinner where you rush through a meal. We sat back, enjoyed our drinks, tried different dishes, talked, laughed and simply enjoyed being there.
One of those evenings where you dress up, order what you want, enjoy each other’s company and make a memory out of dinner. 🥂
Definitely a place I would return to. ❤️

We were so excited to go to Morton’s for a special occasion and appreciated the friendliness of the hostess and quick seating. Our server was pleasant but did seem annoyed that we asked to see the restaurant-week menu. She responded that she’d have to go find it. Our appetizers, ahi tuna and lobster bisque, were good. My husband and I both ordered fillets medium rare. They arrived before we were done with the appetizers - not a huge issue but something I wouldn’t expect at a place like Morton’s. Even though both steaks should have been prepared med-rare, mine was closer to med-well. There was no denying how differently the steaks looked and tasted. Mine was not pink at all and had no juice when cut in to. My husband’s was pink and was prepared correctly. I didn’t want to send it back but when the manager stopped by I pointed it out to him and I was shocked that he acted like he couldn’t tell the difference in the steaks. He said the one had more au jus on the plate. There just wasn’t a simple acknowledgement that the steaks were so clearly different. When we received the check, he did take $12 off, which I appreciate, but an honest acknowledgement would have gone a lot further. Desserts were good. Atmosphere was very nice. But, overall, the poorly prepared steak and gas-lighting manager, were a huge let down. With so many other steakhouses in the area, I wouldn’t expect to return to Morton’s too soon.

Went for our ten year wedding anniversary. Food and service were top notch. Big 20 Oz steak, wife had the salmon, we split the lobster Mac n cheese. Oh the lobster bisque soup with 4 big shrimp in it for an app was great.
But you select a nice steakhouse not only for the food and service but also the atmosphere. Supposed to be upscale, atleast we pay upscale prices, but to see people in t-shirts sitting in the booth and then some young kids in basketball shorts and hoodies and then the icing on the cake was a girl wearing shorts that we hardly there and a tiny shirt. Call me crazy but I shouldnt pay the price I did with people dressed the way they were.
