  Best McDonalds to hit up in Pitt. Employee Wally (Wall-E?) is always a bright part of the morning! Very helpful with excellent customer service.

  We were in the line for the drive through to get 2 breakfast sandwiches. When we finally got to the first window to pay - there was no apology for waiting at that point 49 minutes/ the employee had no idea what we had ordered. When we got to the window to get our food- again no apology and the person walked away from the window. Finally- after 58 minutes a manager- want - to- be- came near the window and I yelled into him could we please just get out Sandwiches - he responded what - fo you want a refund. I said not after waiting almost an hour- I want my sandwiches . He said he can’t help it if nobody comes to work. I said and there is no apology . He said that he was saying that. Then he looked at my husband and I and said and you’re on your way to church- he hopes everyone is perfect. Ed told him that he was wrong for his insult. What because we are Christians - we deserve bad service and disrespect. This location needs an overhaul. As a customer- we can spend our money anywhere. We will never make the mistake to go to THAT location again. Everyone there should be terminated- starting with the unprofessional manager.

  Awful experience!!! Got to the window to pay, and was asked what did you order. And this was after waiting 45 minutes to get there. We get to the window to pickup food, and was greeted by an ignorant manager that felt the need to give us the excuse of being short staffed for the extensive wait time in the drive thru. If anyone wants fast food before or after church do not go to this location. They need to replace everyone there, including the management!!!!

  Yesterday I ordered a double hamburger with only onions and ketchup. I got a McChicken. Going through the drive thru today for my Latte I showed them the McChicken and told them I brought this to show them I got the wrong item. I was told to have a good day. Never fixed the mistake.
