  McDonald's is getting expensive. But still us just as good. Employees were nice and helpful. All McDonald's atmosphere has gotten very boring and grey. No more fun for adult or kids at McDonald's...

  Absolutely disgusting restaurant. Dining room was filthy. Tables weren't clean, floor was covered with trash. Poor management.

  I went through the drive thru and got a McChicken and new Mango Pineapple Refresher. Each person I spoke with was polite and told me to have a good day. The drink was really delicious, and I could tell the McChicken was fresh, as I've worked at McDonald's before. Definitely coming back.

  I have yet to visit a McDonald's in pgh that is reliably open during the posted time. Every single time you order past 11pm, it is a complete gamble of either actually getting your food or having to wait a week for a refund. I have lived here for 5 years, hardly eat fast food, and somehow it's gotten to the point where it's beyond predictable. I placed a Mobile order and arrived at the location 15 minutes after. of course, the woman at the drive-thru was beyond unpleasant. I greeted her but I couldn't even get past "hi", before she yelled that she was "the only person working" (?) and that she was "not taking any orders", yet she also claimed that delivery was the only option (?). I have no choice but to think that this is a blatant lie, and a very baffling one at that. A car was ahead of me being given his order during this. I politely asked if I can just expect a refund, and she adamantly refused and stated that it will automatically be refunded at some indeterminate point. She completely omitted the fact that you can just cancel in the app rather easily to receive a refund faster. I'm not sure why this woman is doing all this on behalf of a company that wouldn't even care if she went missing, but to each their own

  There are like 5 people here why the hell are they ALL waiting for their food 5 people shouldn't bring a FAST food restaurant to a screeching halt jesus christ and OF COURSE THEY BRING OUT THE WRONG ORDER this location is dead to me
