Just got a sweet tea for my wife. Of 2 cars in drive thru, the first window the kid was very audibly eating over the speaker and visually at the window. The second window: my guy did not know what we ordered. Albeit an accident: very noticeably spit toward the window frame while talking, but at least was wearing his hair net. The team of two men then had to confer about the assembly of said sweet tea, while passing the cup back and fourth. The tea was not sweet. Other than another car leaving before entering and the lobby lit; not one exterior light was on. Nobody was rude, but far from professional.

Manager or whoever was training kept yelling at the poor gentleman making the food. Telling him he “couldn’t understand him”, etc. (this man has an accent) not only did they remake our food, but messed up both times. My girlfriend and I have been craving this for a very very long time, so spending 25 dollars to get shit in a wrapper was incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t even be mad if it were packed, but there were only about 4 other people waiting at the same time as us. We ordered a Big Mac with no cheese, no onion, and extra pickle. There was 2 pickles, and it was loaded with onions. Another thing is there was literal flies around our food and throughout the place. They did give us a refund, but that doesn’t make up for the hour we waited and other things like that.

This is tough as I'm not normally one to complain. I've worked in food service and I know how it feels to be overwhelmed, busy, and short staffed. Never, NEVER, is it okay to take that frustration out on a customer. Friday 8/21 I placed a mobile order on the app and pulled in the drive-thru. The woman said she would be with me in a moment: cool. A car pulls into the empty DT lane and a MAN takes her order. She pulls away. He doesn't switch to me to alternate lanes, he then takes the NEXT car that pulls in that DT lane. I honked and (audibly frustrated) said "you took 2 cars ahead of me this is ridiculous" The woman gets BACK on the speaker and said she's doing it all - again, I've been here I get it - she takes my code and I pull around. A simple apology goes a long way but not for her. She starts complaining, to her coworker, that there are people dying and I'm worried about my f***ing food. I told her that I understand she's busy but there are cameras out there for a reason. She hands off my food and drink with attitude. Again, not normally one to put businesses on blast because I know things are hard in the food/customer service industry. But a simple I'm so sorry, he took over for me and I didn't tell him you were next would have done a lot to make me feel less forgotten.

It's so DISGUSTING inside anytime I'm unfortunate enough to be dragged to this place by my family. I need a shower from simply waking into this sticky and filthy establishment. Every single table is dirty and there's enough shit on the floor to make a fill order. Not to mention, we placed our order 30 minutes ago and are still waiting. I grew up with McDonald's as kid and I cannot wait to see this franchise go BANKRUPT as an adult.
