  You have a younger (25-27) approx supervisor or team leader that was so far out of line I scarcely believe this happened.....wait time at window 2 was up llittle so my mind wandered a bit,stuck on my recent diagnosis, not my favorite subject....I have no idea why he felt this was ok to do, I had notbeeped my horn,knocked on the window shouted, NOTHING AT ALL...obviously showing off for the young lady at #2,and without greeting me, he launched into some kind of strange lecture about happiness before I cut him off..you're welcome for not elevating it to a major incident ..

  Extremely rude employee answered the phone at about 10:45PM on 04/17/2026. I was told to wait for my order at the curbside pickup after going through the drive through and waited for over 30 minutes. A very strange employee came to our car with food and asked "Did you get a mcchicken?" I responded "yes" and she just laughed and walked away. I called the store and a young man answered and wasn't professional at all as I explained my situation and he hung up on me.
