  Me and my girlfriend went into McDonald’s and ordered food Off the kiosk, then went back and got the McFlurry. I went up to the desk. I was basically getting ignored. Nobody was like paying attention to me. Finally, the manager Hannah asked me what I needed. I said what I needed it which was two sauces. She didn’t say anything to me. She went right to The register and started ringing them up for 54 cents I didn’t decline payment. I grabbed my card pay for it and all I said was while you guys really charge for sauces. She got an attitude with me and my girlfriend and then my girlfriend said something to her and then she got mad when we started commenting back and then she was telling all the employees not to talk to us not to serve to us, nothing snatched the sauces out of the employee for trying to help us. I said I would call corporate because she threw the change at the counter and said here’s your refund. Didn’t even ask if I wanted it back on my card or if I wanted it in change then these two nice girls did come up and tried to help us and she was being rude to them for helping us. I am highly disappointed with how the manager of the corporation was more rude than the actual employees and I don’t think that’s setting a good example you guys hire a 14 years old there that’s giving the wrong impression that they can treat people that way as well because if the general manager is acting like that, that is highly disappointing because all I wanted was two sauces that I just ordered about $20 dollars worth of food and I got one sauce and I just wanted more I will just never be returning and I’m honestly a loyal customer

  Everything i go through drive through i have to pull up and wait and it isn't even busy . Why is that ? This last time I asked the lady ,( I think she was some kind of manager . Was wearing a different uniform ) she gave me some li e of crap about 1/4 founders take longer to cook . The best part is I ordered a Big Mac meal. When I went to tell her she literally ran back into the store

  The service is slow and rude and almost non-existent at this location. Ther employees are inappropriate and loud in front of customers and usually have friends gathered in the dining area and going into the kitchen!!Going through the drive through is better.

  This store is always dirty. I went there the other day got a raw quarter pounder. Went today for a big breakfast and got a little surprise 7n my eggs. Yes a ROACH. PEOPLE JUST DONT CARE ANYMORE. ALL THEY DO THERE IS SMOKE EAT OR THEY ARE ON THE PHONE. YES THESE WERE SENT TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT . PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD ANYWHERE. I dont know how to show pictures

  My review is more based on timing. The team members there were reasonably nice. In the morning rush they seemed understaffed. My order was one extra value and one additional breakfast sandwich. From the time I made my order to receiving my order it took 25 minutes. Just be leary of your time of you're in a hurry. I visited 04/15/2026
