  Absolutely terrible service , made people wait in line for over 10 minutes. We waited in line for over 15 minutes and not a single worker came up to us. They literally said we can wait when they thought we couldn’t hear and barely any of the workers were wearing proper uniform. Good food there, would never come here unless you have the time and patience.

  They take forever. Forever is not an exaggeration. They also consistently tell me “it won’t let me do that” while trying to order and don’t get my order right. In fairness I’m fat but at the time of writing this I’m 3rd from the pay window and have been in line for 22 minutes

  Shorty haired Latina Manager is terrible. It took almost 30 minutes just to get our order taken. After ordering we asked to get our drinks, she told us we have to wait for a machine to do it. While waiting (another 30 minutes for "fast" food) a black woman came in and knew this manager and her "wife". Immediately served her, gave her her drink and made a frappe for her, while we are left waiting, prioritizing friends over customers. This store will leave you waiting forever and prioritize drive through and online orders as well. Saw many customers leave getting tired of waiting. We were order 39, receipt number 339, on 4/19/26 and our order was finally placed @12:27.

  I visited this McDonald’s recently and had an uncomfortable experience with a staff member. During my visit, the employee touched my husband hands in a way that made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Customer service should always feel professional and respectful of personal space, and unfortunately this interaction did not meet that standard. I hope management addresses this so customers can feel comfortable during their visits. There was also another employee nearby who witnessed the situation, and they appeared to be talking to each other afterward, which made the situation feel even more uncomfortable for us.
