    My son who is in High school went to this McDonald's on his lunch to grab lunch and go with a couple friend's. The staff was extremely rude and aggressive. While I understand that the teens in the city are being unruly and aggressive, this wasn't that. These are 4.0 students who are allowed to leave based on Merit and great behavior. I called the restaurant to get clarity on their policy so that the students will know moving forward. The manager proceeded to tell me that the students aren't allowed to eat in the restaurant if they're under 21. I said ok. She said that they can order but they only allow 2 students at a time. I said ok. I said these students weren't being rude or nasty. I also asked if she could talk to her staff about being nicer and treating people with respect. Just because they're young students, that doesn't mean that you can treat them anyway that you want. She said yeah whatever and hung up on me. i called back and asked her name and she said Truly. I told her that I was taking this further. This is not ok.

    In my forty plus years of visiting McDonald's. This location has to be the worst by far. After ordering my meal online and waiting another 15 minutes without any communication, I decided to take a loss and leave without my order.

    Worst experience I have ever had at Mcdonalds. First off, they now have machines in the lobby where you would normally stand and order at the register. Nobody was at the register, but I do not like the self order machines and prefer a staff member to make it a pleasant experience. The staff could see me at the counter and they were arguing over who was going to assist me. After awhile, a man with a very long unkept beard came over. He was not wearing a hair net. I politely said hello and how are you? (which I feel is supposed to be his line..) but he just stared at me. I stared back waiting for a response and he rolled his eyes and waved his hand in a “come on” motion and said “well Im ready…” He was rude and combative about an item I had ordered, maybe I used the wrong name..maybe he wasnt sure the correct name. Im not sure but he just continued to be rude. I saw another man who had a shirt on that said management. So I asked “youre the manager then I assume?” and he said no but offered to help. I asked for a manager and again I could hear the staff arguing about coming to see me. Meanwhile as they argue, I look to the wall left of the register and it says you cant dine in more than 15 minutes…no loitering?? you are still a restaurant with seating!! People arent welcome to sit and enjoy the company of others anymore? So finally, A woman walked over with a big sigh, almost to announce her frustration. I felt so unwelcome that I just said nevermind. I didnt even feel like the issue would be addressed and felt like it would lead to more rudeness. I know people have bad days, but probably like myself, I imagine a lot of customers are coming from the childrens hospital. With everything going on with my daughter, I actually left here crying because people are just so unkind and not compassionate at all. Mcdonalds, please consider how your staff treat others!

    On my pick up order I ordered honey and received honey mustard. Merely asking for the correct one, I was told to return the honey mustard. While most staff sneered as I walked outside How many tampered and returned sauces do they send out? Would the same happen if my food had been wrong? For being so stingy about the sauce, why'd I receive a bag. Like many other reviews, the employees seemed as untrained as the manager.

    First of all , Help me Lord . Now , I went thru the drive thru for a medium coke . The atmosphere is fantastic because I'm in my car and it's beautiful out . I go to pay to use my gift up and pay the rest in cash . He mumbles I have to pay the cash first . That's stupid , use the gift card first so I know how much cash to give you ! He said he couldn't do it ...........I gave him a dollar he took the gift card gave me back the gift card with a dollar 2 cents on it . So he didn't even need my dollar . Just use up the gift card!! I wanted to get rid of it . Why did I even agree to give him the dollar first ??? Because I was thirsty and wanted to get it over with . And why are you sticking the swipe machine out the window ????? Is this a self serve drive thru ! Dag !!!! This store is always a negative 1 .Then when I moved up the girl gave me somebody else's food . I said "what is this ????" She said your fries and something else . I said I ordered a medium coke . An innocent mistake had it not been for the mumbler at the first window I wouldn't even be writing this . Bye.
