  I ordered delivery here and after waiting for an hour, I decided to call to see what was going on. They had no delivery driver and didn’t seem like they were ever going to tell us our food was not coming. We ended up picking it up and they didn’t offer us anything to make up for the lack of delivery I paid for and was expecting.

  I feel like I have a picky order and Ajahnae was so patient with me. She didn't rush me once and was so kind. I really appreciated it. It made my visit even that much nicer.

  I just waited 2 hours for my food. 4 sandwiches and chips ... C'mon. You need to do better.

  Avoid this location - placed an online order and picked up after work. Got home to enjoy my sandwich and was disgusted when I opened the wrapper. Compared to my downtown location that gives you a hearty sandwich...the North Fayette location sandwich only had one slice of roast beef on each half. They folded each slice into three's to make it look thicker. They must think customers are stupid. Go to Jersey Mike's or another sandwich shop instead. Will never go back.

  They'll stare at you at 11:15 am with the doors locked when it's supposed to open at 11 am.
