    I got there around 8:13, was that they don’t toast anymore after a certain time. They didn’t have any ice either, they had to get some from the back. Also my order comes with lettuce and they didn’t even put lettuce or tomatoes. Kinda annoying when I was looking foward to eating my sandwich the way I thought I’d get it, didn’t even put what I asked inside. My sandwich did not look close to what it cost.

    If I could give it a negative 10 I would. Went to pick up a catering order for an 11:45am pick up time, and they started making it at 11:45am. Do not come here

    I’m sorry to say that this location has gone downhill over the last year. All of the long time employees and managers are gone and in their place is a revolving door of people who I see once and never see again. My order has been incorrect every single time for the past several trips, and it’s a very simple order so it’s very frustrating. Unfortunately I am going to have to stop getting Jimmy John’s, or at the very least only have it when I can get it from a different location. I don’t know if the ownership or management changed, or maybe both, but whoever is currently in charge seems intent on running the place out of business, which is a very real possibility. Oh and the generic ai responses from the “owner” make it clear that customer feedback is not being seen by anyone who is interested or even a human being. This review is to save someone else from the inevitable headache and wasted money from trying to get food here

    I was at Jimmy John’s on Home Drive in North Fayette. Both employees didn’t know what they were doing. I had placed an order to go and took forever to prepare it. They were out of tomatoes, very slow, and my meat on my sandwich was burnt all over the edges. Very disappointing.

    I ordered delivery here and after waiting for an hour, I decided to call to see what was going on. They had no delivery driver and didn’t seem like they were ever going to tell us our food was not coming. We ended up picking it up and they didn’t offer us anything to make up for the lack of delivery I paid for and was expecting.
