    I passed it on my way into the convention center yesterday and today so I had to have it. As it was the lunch hour, I went in knowing it was going to be busy and though it was; their process is swift and efficient. I walked in and was about the 8th person in line. Though I was 8th, I was only in line for maybe 3 minutes and it only took about 4 minutes for my Tuna sub to be ready. Wow! Fast, Efficient, and Courteous Service was def on the menu today. I got my tuna sub, salt & vinegar chips, and small tea and decided to have a seat and eat since the restaurant was very clean and the vibe was vibrant. I took a seat, opened my Little John and went to work. The bread was soft. The fixings were fresh and the tuna was meaty and not too fishy. My chips were fresh as well and the Lipton tea wasn’t watered down. Everything was well put together and worth the $9.61 I spent. The Little John had a good amount of tuna in it as well. If you’re in the area and have a craving for a sub, stop in and get you one.

    Extremely disappointed with my visit to this location (Store #4025) on September 21, 2026.  First, my Tuna sandwich had a shockingly minimal amount of tuna. it was mostly just bread and lettuce. Second, the staff member (Julian) was cold, and didn't give me a receipt. Worse still, the staff made unwarrante comments implying I stayed in the restroom long as I was having a stomach issue. As an Asian customer, I felt targeted, profiled, and treated differently compared to others. This kind of poor quality and discriminatory behavior is completely unacceptable.
