  I cannot recommend this place if you're not a student with a meal plan. If you don't get in bright and early, your simple order takes anywhere from 20min all the way to 2 hours. If you mobile order, you still have to wait in a 5-15min line just to pick it up when it's ready. They frequently mess up your order. The bagels are worse than Bruggers and are priced higher.

  After ordering online, they give you a target pick up time for your order. This time is completely useless. It took over an hour after not even my initial order time, but my target pick up time, for a toasted bagel. Other students also waited over an hour when they were advertised their order would be ready far sooner. Do not even consider coming here if you don’t have at least 2 hours to kill waiting for a bagel.

  I don't know what happened between my time as an undergrad and coming back for grad school, but unfortunately this place is so messed up there's always (not kidding, always) a line of people just waiting to get their messed up or missing orders fixed. Forget about it if you just want a toasted bagel, it'll take 20+ minutes. They will not take your order at the register anymore even if it's for a drip coffee or a chilled item - all hands on deck is required to fix the screwd up orders. Don't even bother ordering on the kiosk so you can wait 20 minutes for them to hand you a coffee cup when you can walk to, recieve your order, and be back to Posvar from literally anywhere else on Forbes Ave in less time.

  We came just before closing. There was only a small selection left so we settled on turkey bacon on a pretzel bagels. What a wonderful surprise it turned out to be. Top notch. Clean and courteous.
