  This location is absolutely disgusting. We arrived at approximately 10:30 AM on a Monday. Staff was very polite. Food was decent, but we found a hair in our breakfast sandwich and one of the bagels with cream cheese. Non of the staff were wearing hair nets or using gloves. Bathroom was absolutely disgusting; the soap dispenser was empty, the sink was clogged so you couldn't have the water running for more than a few seconds, and the toilet was clogged. On top of all this, the tables were covered in crumbs and grease and no one was cleaning them. This location needs to hire more employees so these basic things can be taken care of.

  this is the best place i’ve ever been in my entire life im not joking im genuinely sitting in the restaurant writing this. i just ate the most delectable breakfast sandwich ive ever laid my eyes on. the maplehouse sandwich is so insanely good everyone and their mothers deserve to try it seriously if i was on death row it would be the first thing i request for my last meal and im not even playing. please come here and eat the bagels are perfect the spreads are perfect the sandwiches are perfect everything perfect the coffee perfect like i’m about to shed a tear this place is so beautiful ok bye

  You need to make sure you order your Indiana before you get here because if you get there they let you wait in line forever and make sure they fill all the waters first

  Food was sub par (definitely never eat here again) Staff took basic small talk as a criminal offense Aggressive and deeply offended over questions about the business and just basic small town shit Literally a horrible experience. Just awful. Never go back there. 1 and done. Go to Brueggers
