  Went through the drive thru and my food was cold as cold can be donuts where rock hard like can’t even bite it worse I ever had

  Every time I come to this dunkin, I wait an unacceptably long time at the drive through (often 6 minutes or more PER CAR). on top of this, I VERY often have to remind the people at the store that I need my food that I paid for as well as the straws that come with my drinks. Disorganized, unfriendly, and slow.

  The place is nice, it’s not the worst the coffee gets made quick normally less than a minute when I order inside the staff are nice. I have a slight issue with speaking English but they were nice and corrected me without yelling or being rude. I sometimes see people on their computer it’s a nice place to eat I normally walk in, order, and leave

  I would just keep driving until the next location. I don't stop here anymore. We will leave it at that.

  Customer service is indeed hit or miss but what’s worse than that for me is the fact that at least one or two of the donuts in my mixed half dozens are almost always nearly petrified. Uncollected mobile orders are not refunded automatically as they are with almost every other fast food restaurant on earth these days. And have I mentioned that there’s no guarantee that the donuts are gonna be fresh even early in the morning?
