I've lived on campus since August and go here at least two or three times a week, sometimes more often towards the middle of the semester. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the employees, in fact they're all chill & sociable and seem to be cool people. with the food itself i think the biggest crime is every now and then they put too much ice in my drink, but if I asked they would 100% remake it, I'm just not the kinda person who cares that much. overall great location and super kind people.
