- JKJason Keller5 days ago4.0When traveling from New York to Denver via Greyhound, I was looking for a food option that would allow me to maintain the energy I required at an affordable price point, and within walking distance, and this Dunkin' location did both of those things in a convenient way. I ordered three donuts, a boston creme, a vanilla-iced, and strawberry-iced, and the cost was only a mere $5 for the three, while not as cheap as they used to be, the Donuts were affordable during my experience and not bad for the price, barring the lack of nutritional value they provided. Additionally, the women who serviced my order was helpful, and got my donuts out less than a minute after requesting the donuts, allowing me to pay and get back to my Greyhound terminal in time. Barring those positives, one negative should be noted as it pertains to this location, this location was cramped, and lacked accessibility features, because of this, I often had to have people open the door for me while attempting to walk outside with two large suitcases, in an effort to keep my bags with me, besides that complaint, this was a pretty good location, despite the cramped space in Downtown Pittsburgh it is housed in.

The ones we did get looks like they had been run over by a Krispy Kreme truck. Almost unrecognizable as croissant sandwiches. The hasbrowns were super soggy and tasted of old oil. The two maple donuts we got were clearly stale and tasted horrid. Today there was no sense of pride in their brand or work. Do better folks.
