Then, a couple of weeks ago I ordered on the app like usual and went to pick it up. I noticed there were several people waiting on their orders when I arrived, and more kept coming in while I was there. I had ordered one large coffee and one large zero energy. I waited for around 15 minutes and finally an employee asked me to recite my order and assured me they were working on it. It ended up being an additional 20 minutes (35min for two drinks) and I was late to my next commitment. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, and assumed it was just an off day, or maybe they had an issue with their computer order system. TODAY (7/10/26) was the final straw. I ordered on the app again. I ordered one large coffee, a breakfast sandwich, and an avocado toast. I arrived around 8:45. I could see my food was on the counter already, I just needed my coffee. I waited for about 20 minutes and finally had to ask an employee about my drink. He stated “yes, your food is right here- just need your coffee”. I went back to the side and waited. Finally, around 9:25 I had to leave with just my COLD food and NO COFFEE. I’m obviously upset that I paid for all of this to end up with cold food and no drink. I wasted another 40 minutes of my time. I had no choice but to leave as I had to give a presentation at work. I had allocated ample time for such a simple order, but apparently 40min isn’t enough for Dunkin to make a coffee. *please save yourself the time, money, and frustration- I wish I had* I will NOT be going back.

Marge, Jai, Seth and the rest of the crew have been wonderful and always go the extra step to remember my order. You will often see the crew go above and beyond to provide customers the same level of service even when understaffed. Overall great crew and a great place to get your coffee!

There was a girl I don’t know her name, she was actually frustrated because of the work and was complaining to her friend. Even after we came she was shouting and making customers uncomfortable. Also made my orders wrong and when I went back for the syrup she was shouting on me. Very bad customer service and she has no manner.
