The cashier was very rude. They have a policy where you can’t use the restroom unless you buy something I was buying something then he had the nerve to tell me that it was not OK. He was rude. When I was ordering my food. I told him I wanted to add hashbrowns. He politely told me it was not part of the deal and I told him I understand that they’re just being very rude unpleasant people working in there. They need to work on that corporate need to check into to that

Today the store manager and or shift lead (most likely manager because she didn’t have on the blue collar shirt) was yelling at my friend because of the bathroom not having toilet paper. First of all I was a store manager at Dunkin for about 10 years you do NOT treat your customers that way. I don’t know who trained her but she needs to get her people skills checked as well as a reality check her attitude and tone of voice was COMPLETELY uncalled for screaming at an older lady what is wrong with you. Having staff like that is wrong on so many levels. My friend literally mentioned they were out of toilet paper and then the manager proceeds to scream at my friend. I won’t be going back to this location due to her negligence about the situation as well as her attitude. She’s going to say something to the wrong person and it won’t end well. Please train your employees better cause I know as a previous manager my associates would never in a million years act like that especially over toilet paper. And the store was a mess and dirty like she literally was standing with her hands on her hips. If you’re leaning you can be cleaning. (My motto) but seriously her attitude was atrocious this location has lost business get it together. Uncalled for.

As someone who stops in for coffee or breakfast most mornings before work, I wanted to share some feedback. There is one employee who works mornings and wears glasses, and she consistently provides outstanding service. Even when she's working alone, she keeps the line moving, gets customers in and out efficiently, and my drink is always made the same way. She sets a great example of customer service and consistency. Unfortunately, my experience today (6/5/26) was very different. The three employees working this morning did not seem to have the same sense of urgency. Service was noticeably slower, and this has been a recurring issue when that particular employee is not there. Many of us are on our way to work and rely on quick, consistent service, whether we're ordering at the counter or through the mobile app. Consistency is what keeps customers coming back. With businesses constantly coming and going in the square, customer experience matters more than ever. I hope this feedback can be used to recognize the excellent work of the employee who consistently delivers great service and to encourage improvement in speed and consistency across the entire team. My apologies as well but I dropped my coffee right outside the door because I was rushing to get to work. Thank you for your time.

The employee lied and said their bathrooms are down after I asked for the code, so I asked him how do they go to the bathroom then he goes to say oh he misspoke and look the. Bathrooms are for employees only. Trashy restaurant this locations needs shut down. Or change to take out only
