He asked her a question , and she said look at the screen. Who talks to someone like that. Then she was screaming about people need to know what they want she has a car timer at the window for drive thru orders. Yea I know that I worked at Wendy’s. Maybe people need a minute to see what they want to order. I would never work there with that attitude. It’s turning customers away.

- CWCasey WherryJul 21, 20261.0Every time I visit this location, they get my order wrong unless it’s a mobile order… like the workers there can’t comprehend your spoken order. There’s a 50/50 chance if you’ll get an attitude. I feel bad for the few workers they have who give a real effort, but the majority of the store workers don’t seem to understand what a job in customer service entails. Their service reminds me of 16 year olds at their first job at McDonald’s. This store looks nice since the remodel, but their customer service leaves so much to be desired. I’ll take my business to the Dunkin on 65 or on McKnight from now on. 10/10 I do not recommend this store. There’s a few others within ten minutes. I’d pick any of them instead.
