- JDjavy dominguezMay 6, 20261.0Horrible food horrible customer service “kali” the guy who answered the phone hung up and wasn’t being easy to work with literally hung up the phone on me after I asked for recompesation, for the pizza having soggy dough as if they didn’t cook it right, taste disgusting not mention I ordered mango habanero wings as I was pulling out of the parking lot I smelled cinnamon so I opened the “wing” box and it was cinnamon bites I turned around and let the lady know and she pulls out some wings from the oven and drizzles the smallest amount of sauce on them, already frustrated with their lack of customer service and not caring I walked out and shook my head. I called to speak to a manager and I was greeted this rude guy named kali or whatever his name was, said he’d give me a refund awesome I accepted it, I made it aware I had pictures if his manager needed them and he got angry and just hung up the phone on me . do not come here save yourself the hassle and headache of this nasty food. I threw it all away .

Then the lady manager said she would refund my account and a week later it still didnt happen. She was very unprofessional and a liar. The place needs shut down. I did call health department also

When I asked for sauce, I was told I had to pay. This location is run by very greedy and petty people who save on everything, even what should be included. Not worth the money.
