First, the online ordering system doesn’t even have an option for plain tater tots — a basic request when feeding a 4-year-old. Strike one. When I came in to pick up my order, I asked if they could just make plain tots for my daughter. The manager said sure — then told the cashier to charge me for the cheese tots and just take the cheese off. So not only were they going to give me a lesser product, they were going to charge me full price for it. Crazy right? When I questioned paying $9.99 + tax for plain tots with the cheese removed, the answer was a flat no. No flexibility, no common sense, no customer service. I walked across the street to Streets Bar & Grill, got a huge basket of fries for $8, left a $1 tip, and my daughter was happy. That’s how it’s done. This is exactly what’s wrong with corporate food service today — nickel-and-diming customers while offering zero flexibility or basic human decency. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares.

Tried to call directly to the store and it looped through a crappy automated system. Called from a different phone and got an operator who transferred me to the store, and nobody answered. I'll be disputing the charge for fraud, I doubt anyone even delivered it to anyone. No call upon delivery, nothing. Order at the store, if you'd even want to bother.
