I ordered from here since it's 4 minutes down the street. I requested Delivery by 1:15pm, got a message at 1:05pm he was on the way after attempting to call the store numerous times (they don't pick up the phone). It was almost 1:30pm and STILL no pizza had arrived. I drove down and Management was no help. Pizza didn't arrive until 1:45pm. If you order from here ALWAYS get it for pickup early.

I placed an order and tracked it for over 50 minutes, yet the driver never moved from the store after delivery guy's location poped up. When I called the restaurant, they initially ignored my calls and answered after 5 attempts. The employee claimed there were four orders ahead of mine, but that explanation did not match what the app normally shows when there is a delay due to multiple orders. It's not my 1st order. The delivery finally arrived about 50 minutes later, even though the driver was supposedly only a 4 minutes away. To make matters worse, several items from my order were missing. When I asked about them, the driver blamed the store instead of offering a solution. I then went to the store myself and found multiple(3) employees standing outside smoking. That made me wonder why nobody could answer the phone while customers were waiting. Inside, the manager simply blamed the driver, and no compensation or sincere effort was made to resolve the issue. This location appears poorly managed, with no accountability, poor communication, and little respect for customers' time. If you don't want to provide proper service, then don't take customers' orders. I will not be ordering from this store again and cannot recommend it to anyone.
