Don’t waste your time at Jimmy John’s getting three pieces of turkey for almost $20 when you can get two meats for about $16 from Dibellas! This sandwich was truly 10/10.

However, they are willing to take my money via their online ordering platform very easily but when the order messes up they will refuse responsibility at the customers expense ("you must call doordash")" More context; I had a $77 order and never received the food. Dibellas took my order and money very easily through the online delivery portal. I called Dibellas and received the response that I must call doordash for a replacement or refund? So they've contracted a service (doordash) in which it is very easy for them to receive money but then shifts the honus back onto the customer for which to have a missing order rectified. SCUM practice. Then I had to call doordash customer support (obviously horrid experience) and talk to two different people and explain the situation each time. Allow me to summarize: dibellas got their money. Doordash got their's via mark-up. Driver got his via tip. I lost $77 and no food. It's an absolute shift in accountability leaving the customer at the bottom. I'm only giving this a 10/10 because I love gambling.
