  Terrible experience, they lost our check so never started or order….when husband asked they found the check laying on the counter. When we decided to go because we had to get somewhere, there were issues refunding the money. Had to get manager….didn’t even acknowledge the issue, no “hey sorry about that”. We paid for our drinks, just tacky.

  I simply refuse to support a business who requires payment for water- especially as we are approaching warmer weather months. The manager had a terrible attitude towards me on this subject- I even asked her to walk over to the machine and watch me put water in it. If they really think people stealing soft drinks is such a prominent problem, then they need to look for another solution. Placing the machine behind the counter and not allowing self-serve makes perfect sense to me. DiBella’s is good, but not good enough to justify $2 each visit for water. Luckily for me, there’s a Subway a few doors down. Inconveniencing and putting the customer down is never the answer. You lost a loyal one, DiBella’s.

  Hello, I’m reaching out regarding my order from February 25th, 2026 at 3:30 PM. I ordered three hoagies, and unfortunately there were several issues that made the experience disappointing. Two of the sandwiches were missing the special sauce I requested, and my chicken cheese steak was missing the cheese entirely. In addition, the chicken portion was so small that a quarter of the roll had no meat at all by the time I finished it. Given the number of mistakes in a single order, the overall experience was not very good, and it has made me hesitant to return. I wanted to bring this to your attention so the store is aware of what happened. Thank you for taking the time to review this.

  This was my first time and my sandwich was delicious, the lasagna soup was amazing!!!!! The crew was so polite and welcomed me as I walked in the door. Kudos to the Morning Crew you guys were amazing!!!!
