What really made the visit stand out was the outstanding customer service from the manager, Shayna. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was running smoothly while checking in to ensure we had a great experience. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the guests and her team. Her leadership made a noticeable difference, and because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
- ACAlex CJul 4, 20261.0Been coming here a couple times month for a while. The amount of games that don't work but still charge is outrageous. Ghostbusters, John wick, stranger things. Guitar hero, fruit ninja there are plenty more. These games have been broken or not properly functioning for months and nothing is done about it they shouldn't be charging but yet still are!
- VTVinnie TJul 2, 20261.0Requested barbecue and mayonnaise, no one came to give it to us, also waited to get a refill but no one got to take the drink so one of us had to go out to the bar to get the refill. Waited two hours for a check, plus the wing deal didn't initially go through the original check, we asked to break down the bill and thankfully got our deal in. There also needs to be less coin-pushers, claw games, and prize games because most people head towards the actual non-prize games. One of the card machines were broken too.

The manager also sent a brownie out for my son’s birthday which was so kind of her! Thank you Shayna!! Overall a great experience for my son’s birthday and we will be returning over and over again, I’m sure!

The bartender Nate explained the whole menu and made sure our order came out how we like it. He recommended the Mango Ranch Water for me and it was delicious. The general manager stopped by as well to make sure we were satisfied. Will definitely be coming back to visit because of Nate!!
