  I had the pleasure of having my son’s 4th birthday at this location and Kayla was our hostess. She was very kind and attentive to any request we needed. She accommodated each and every guest that we had and made sure they were comfortable. She was really nice, and also very patient with us if we were unsure of anything. She did such an amazing job checking in on me when she noticed me and couldn’t be more thankful for that. Kayla handled herself very gracefully throughout the duration of our party. Thank you so much D and B North Hills for such great hospitality!!

  I took my children to the Dave & Buster’s in North Hills! We got the all day game pass with the meal and it was amazingly priced! For my children to play all day plus eat on a budget. It gave them the best experience! The food was fast coming out and absolutely delicious! Our Server Jocelyn was on top of her game! Not only did she constantly come back checking on us but she had no problem getting my kids anything they needed! She was friendly, Efficient and gave us a pleasant lunch experience!The managers and staff all came around to check in if you needed anything, and it was the best experience I was able to give my children! Be sure to take your family to Dave & Buster’s in the North Hills and if you eat, be sure to ask for the amazing waitress, Jocelyn! We will definitely be back there!

  We were sat at a table too small for five people. I do think the manager did a nice job. He came out himself and got another table for us. Food: apparently they broke a dish after the food was plated. So they had to make the dish again. All of our food came out relatively cold. Service:The food runner who brought the appetizers. Was not happy when we asked for small plates so everyone could s share. Nor did we have silverware until after our meals came and even then we had to ask. Atmosphere: it's Dave& Buster's. The gaming experience was great.

  Food was like warm and tasted like a soy burger. Had to ask the waiter 3 times for napkins and when he finally tore himself away from his friend at a booth to get them, he gave up thin cocktail napkins. Also forgot the dressing for one of our guest's salad. She had to ask twice and finally asked what we thought was a different server who brought it immediately. The other server was in fact the manager. Thing is, if it had been crowded you could almost understand but there was hardly anyone in his section so there was no excuse. This is why tips are optional!! I didn't pay for the meals a friend did but I will tell you he would have gotten a minimal tip along with a note saying all of his customers are important not just his friends!! Hopefully the manager realized how he acted and did something like explain how he's there to wait tables not socialize and flirt with his friends.

  We recently visited Dave & Buster's in North Hills, Pittsburgh with a very large family party that included several young children, all under the age of 13, and I cannot say enough about how fantastic our experience was. Our server, Scott, did an exceptional job managing our large group. Despite the size of our party, he was attentive, professional, courteous, and incredibly patient. He kept everything running smoothly, handled our requests in a timely manner, and was especially welcoming and accommodating to all of the kids. His positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference and allowed everyone in our group to relax and enjoy the evening. I also want to recognize Shayna James, Senior Manager, who personally came to our table to check on us and ensure we had everything we needed. It's rare to see a manager so hands-on and genuinely invested in creating a great guest experience. Shayna's warmth, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were evident throughout our visit, and her personal attention made us feel truly valued. Between the food, the fun atmosphere, exciting games, and outstanding customer service from both Scott and Shayna, our visit exceeded expectations. What could have been a challenging experience with such a large group felt effortless thanks to their teamwork and dedication. If you're looking for a place that's perfect for families, celebrations, or just a fun night out, I highly recommend Dave & Buster's in the North Hills. The team here clearly takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality, and we'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Scott and Shayna, for making our visit so memorable!
