  The Atmosphere is great! I felt the bartender was very nice and polite! The manager came and introduced herself to us! She asked us if how we are, and if I need anything further to tell her! So I’m impressed. I really like this one on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh then the one in Homestead this is definitely The better one is larger, and the service is not rushed!

  We came for my son’s birthday and our server Julian was fantastic, he was very attentive, kind and truly a gem. The manager on duty came over to make sure everything was great for us. It was. The staff went above and beyond to sing happy birthday and it was a memorable experience. Thank you to all of you that made our experience joyful!

  As always, D&B delivers on a fun atmosphere for the kids to play games. That said, our food came out ice cold and several missing sides. After asking the waiter again for the missing items, they finally came out 45 minutes later. Additionally, once the final bill arrived, they would only honor the price of the promo occurring for one person, even though at the beginning of the meal we specifically asked if the promo applied to everyone. After the General Manager arrived at the table to help, he implied we were uneducated for not reading the fine print. We asked him to just get our checks and get us out of there. He took another 45 minutes and didn’t even return, but sent another individual over to cash us out. As we were leaving, another table was arguing with the general manager over the same issue. Surprise! This establishment has zero training on customer service. I will NEVER attend again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away. Thanks for ruining a fun family night out!

  10 minutes for a table after waiting 15 minutes for someone to take our order. A family arrived at a nearby table and only waited 2 minutes before their order was taken. After another 10 minutes here waiting for our order to be taken. Totally disappointed with the service

  We ordered DoorDash to pick up and they gave me a hard time to sit there and when they did it was awkward with a bunch of gossip. We ordered our play card on a Wednesday supposed to be half off and it wasn’t Sometimes games aren’t plugged in or monitored there really isn’t any helpful staff around to watch Lots of the staff are just laughing at customers or complaining about staff It’s our second time there in 10 days and tonight was definitely worse than last week. Just a downhill franchise and we spend hundreds but you feel like an absolute inconvenience each time you are there besides the ticket booth but other than that the bar food and redemption booth you are inconveniencing them and especially the ticket redemption they have the less mental skilled and they are rude
