- NONick OrsbornMay 12, 20261.0This is consistently the most poorly managed Chipotle I’ve visited. While the staff is clearly stressed, the root cause is a systemic lack of leadership, training, and extreme understaffing. I’ve experienced doors being locked during business hours and employees walking off the line mid-order for breaks without hand-offs. Most recently, I was handed an empty cup for a mobile order because the lobby was closed, and staff were hesitant to provide a drink from the back. It’s disappointing to see the brand take such a hit due to a lack of local leadership and pride in the store. Save yourself the headache and go to the Baum Blvd. location instead.
