They trash cans are overflowing. There were no clean tables. The good bins were barely filled. We waited 10 minutes after we paid for chips and salsa. The one girl was making a customers burrito…the customer mentioned that the meat was dealing out of the burrito. When he asked if she could add the meat That fell out she rolled her eyes took her gloves off and loudly announced that she was going on break…leaving the customer Waiting on his burrito. This location is just so gross and disgusting. I e been to nice Chipotle’s…Greentree location: AVOID AT COSTS!
- BDBill DapperMay 27, 20262.0Have not been back to this location in years after having a bad experience in the past. Left a review then, but has somehow it has been removed. Can’t remember my full experience as it was years ago but remember it having something to do with the portion size and them being out of everything which coincides with them being out of everything. Figured I’d give them another try now that they have been open a few year to work out the kinks. Placed a pickup order before leaving work as it’s the most convenient location to my house. Showed up a minute or two after the pickup time, and saw a line thinking good thing I put my pick up order in. Instead they made all the food for everyone in line then came up and asked what order I was waiting for. Instead of making the food I was there waiting for, I watched then make other pick up order they were neglecting as well before making mine. I would have been better off just showing up and waiting in line. Only positive is their portions increased but I also doubled up on everything. Who knows🤷♂️
