I turned back around to hear the serve lady tell another customer they had no more chips. Would have been if they just said that to me directly I totally understand. Just communicate. Wish I didn't tip so much ahead of time.

When the food finally came out it was ice cold. This whole time the manager saw me standing there and continued to just do busy work. Terribly run. There were anywhere from 6-8 people all waiting for uber orders with zero customer service.

Once we looked inside the bowls and got them straightened out, I saw they also messed up the contents. I ordered a burrito bowl with Softitas with guac and got chicken with lettuce. It was so messed up you have to wonder if maybe their staff are illiterate.
- SRSrini RamSep 22, 20261.0First of off all they don’t treat the customer properly.. are they giving free food , we are paying money right … like seriously if we miss to say anything like oh I forgot to tell I need an extra taco on the side means these guys are too rude and showing attitude… I experienced it once , I went again thought they may be in a bad mood last time, but same experience again… we have so many issues in life , food should give comfort , but here I’m getting nervous .. I stopped going there… also most of the items they don’t refill or cook… thumbs down and save your dignity !!

Also, there was no communication on the status of when the food would be ready. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, I was told the chicken would be ready in 5 minutes. 10 min later I asked & the employee said it was not going to be ready. I spent my entire lunch break waiting & had to go somewhere else last minute. This caused me to be late getting back to work. This is a common theme with this location & is in need of a revamp. I will not be coming back.
