  I’m not one to write reviews ever but this chipotle has the worst management I’ve seen of any restaurant. They’re constantly understaffed and low on food. The quality of the ingredients is also worse than other chipotle’s I’ve been to. Chipotle is my favorite fast food place but I will always choose other restaurants over this specific location and I live right next to it. This location needs to shut down.

  Do not go to this location! Absolutely horrendous and slow service. Disgusting mess behind the counters. Out of items which you don't know until you're in front of them ordering. Over 35 minutes standing in line. Long hair in faces at least three workers and dangling over food ordering, prep and grill area. No hairnets or facial hair covers. Improperly charged on falsely marked item.

  I never leave negative reviews, but this place needs some help. I have been going to this location since it opened, and never really had issues until recently. I’ve always placed pick up orders, would pull up to the window and would be handed my food immediately, with zero wait. I always appreciated this convenience! However, the last 2 times I placed a pick up order I sat in the drive thru lane for 45-50 minutes each time (with only a few cars in line in front of me). The employees have been very kind and apologetic when I do finally get my food, and they appear to be working hard inside. I can only imagine that they are severely short staffed.

  Cane in over the weekend. Food is good but have been here multiple times and they have been out of something. Service could be better as the line is always super long and only one person on the line making food. The atmosphere... ill let my photos say they for me as its just completely disgusting more times then not andnis very unacceptable with food everywhere. Even on the floor like the employees dont care what so ever of what this place looks like. Got take out because this is how the places looked when we walked in and we were there for around 15-20 mins and NO ONE in that time came out to care for the lobby and clean off tables. There was all stuff all over the floor and dishes/containers piled up in front of house. Whole line bar was a absolute mess. Thank god i didnt have any allergies to any of the food that is servered cause cross contamination was definitely going on. Do better Chipotle. Coming from someone who use to be a manager in food... this is uncalled for and unacceptable. Your lucky corporate wasnt called yet because this isnt the first time we have walked in to this place looking like this. Next time might not be so lucky as this breaks food safty standards.

  Wow what else can I say about this place. The drive through is HORRIBLE. It's so bad that I am actually writing this review while sitting in line. Sitting in line for 47 minutes at time of writing, a 7pm pickup and it is 7:37pm, no one opened the window to even ask my name. This isn't the first time this location has been terrible at pickup. I'm not sure how the manager has a job or hasn't fired the staff to be honest because this is the worst service you can have. Cars actually sitting in line, stuck, and no one coming to a window to ask your name or even apologize. What's worse, no way to call, it's an AI order taking service. Hopefully I get my food by 8pm Update: 7:40 someone finally asked my name and walked away. No one prepping the take out food or even telling me why no one is there or why it's taking this long. Update 2: 7:44 someone was working on some food for a few minutes but is now gone. No one is in the pickup area. Update 3: 7:47 people put things in a bag and left... Still no other words to me since asking my name... Update 4: 7:50 Person took the bag they packed and left. No food in sight Update 6: 7:54 people have made food here but nothing for me. Keeps going out to the main area... No one said a word to me. Update 7: 8pm someone legitimately just came up and asked my name... A second person came up. What the hell is going on in this mess. Update 8: 8:03 got my food finally off the shelf. Got in line at 6:50. This was over an hour wait for food that was supposed to be ready at 7, in a drive through. This is pathetic. I get waiting 10 minutes since I was early, that's on me, the rest of this though is pathetic. I have watched people come and leave in the time I've been in line. Not even a "sorry for the wait". It's terrible.
