  The worst Chipotle I’ve ever visited—a very dirty and neglected place. I think a restaurant in that kind of condition is highly unsanitary and shouldn't be open

  This is the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been to. My last 3 visits here the place is consistently out of multiple items from service it, the dining room is a mess, the food service area is covered with food thrown all over. The cooler is currently broken. The juice machine has been down. Just went again and ordered a chicken bowl. The chicken and the beans were basically ice cold. I had to ask for a refund. Service was fine and there seems to be plenty of staff but something is seriously wrong at this location. There is a clear lack of management and leadership. Please send help! Will not be coming back for awhile.

  Been to this location 3 times, they’re always supposedly “out” of items that should be stocked. How do you run out of lettuce on 2 separate occasions I’ve been here? Now they closed at 8:30pm due to “understaffed”, if that’s the case UPDATE your hours online so people don’t drive a 27+ minute round trip! Or ANSWER the phone!

  Drive thru option to pick up the order is nice and convenient. I got the order right at the promised time with everything included in it. Food is ok. It was too salty and something is off with the chicken but overall it was okay. I used to love chipotle and I hope they do something about their food quality.

  Sadly, I can only echo what others have said about this chipotle. I’ve tried using chipotlane here 3 times. The first time - it was honestly great. My order was ready when I got to the window, It only took a few minutes in line and the food was great. Couldn’t really have asked for more. The second time - I was supposed to pick up my order at 9:00, I didn’t get in line til 9:15.. there were 6 cars ahead of me. Took FOREVER and a few of the cars in front of me I noticed just got tired of waiting and left without their food. I pulled up to the window at 10:30. At the window I saw what looked to be the manager yelling on the phone at someone (probably a frustrated customer I’d imagine), a younger worker playing on his phone ignoring everything and another poor worker running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Got my food finally at 10:45 (1 hr 45 min after pick up time) - it was cold, not fresh and frankly disgusting. Slapped together with minimal effort. The third time (today) I was greeted with a sign on the window that said: “short staffed call 1800 Chipotle for a refund and door dash, Uber Eats, grubhub have the customer cancel” - see image attached. There were 6 signs plastered on the front door that said the same and the door was locked. When I called, the person I spoke to on the phone proceeded to argue saying “this location is operating business as usual and there’s no reason you shouldn’t have gotten your food” after arguing back and forth about 10 minutes I finally got my refund. I’ll give two stars because the first visit was good but come on, do better
