- MMr.Marquardt `4 days ago5.0This was by far one of, if not the best chipotle experience i have ever had. I get this weird salsa sour cream combo thing and they accommodating for it. Let me try a chip to make sure id like it. Sadly i didn’t get anyone’s names, but the whole staff there was amazing! For reference today is oct 2nd 3:44pm. Also chipotle needs electronic tips!!!!!

When I picked it up, they didn’t even tell me that the items had not been made correctly. They let me get home and put the food out in front of everyone to see that some of our meals didn’t have protein. When I tried to call customer service, I couldn’t get connected to a local person in the restaurant. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to be connected to a call center where the person tried to appease me with free entrees as though I really want to go back after that. It was a horrible experience, do better chipotle 😕.

It is unfortunate to have to say this about the others, but this is the only—and the best—branch in the city. The staff here are nothing like those at the other locations; I no longer order from the other branches and make an effort to come here instead, even if it means a longer trip—though I’ve recently moved very close by. I feel truly lucky to eat at this branch because, sadly, many of the others are terrible in this regard! But the staff here are genuinely wonderful. They are as attentive to customers as possible and always keep a smile on their faces, no matter how busy it gets; they aren't surly or rude like some employees at other restaurants. I always do my best to leave a generous tip to show my appreciation for their hard work. I hope you are rewarded even more for your efforts. Thank you, everyone—stay happy! 👍🙏😘😊
- SLSam LAug 20, 20261.0This location is frankly a disaster. They are always out of things like white rice and salsa. The dining area is also dirty and not a great place to eat. They also don’t give water cups. The food is also just too expensive for what you receive.
