  I ordered dinner thru the Chipotle app. I arrived in the drive thru lane about 3 minutes after the predicted ready time. There was one car at the window in front of us. We sat without moving for over 20 minutes. Thankfully, no one was behind us and we could back out. Thinking our food would be cold and soggy, we parked and my husband went inside to see about our food and having it remade fresh. He waited for another 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge him. When he did finally get service he was told they were out of the chicken and the delay was because they were making more. I got back on the app and started a service chat while waiting so I could cancel our order. We had now waited almost an hour for our "fast food". After explaining this, I was able to get a refund. Moments later, my husband appeared at the car with our food. We got home (7 min away), and naturally, the order was not correct, it was barely room temperature, and if that measly handful of chips is a considered large, I must be a giant. This location is a hot mess. I won't completely give up on Chipotle, but it will be a long time before I give it another try and it won't be this location. The only reason I would even try another location is because it was not a horrible process to get a refund.

  this is the third time ive ordered a salad with no salad in it. no greens at all. edit: there was some stuffed at the bottom. still a very very small amount. fluff it out on the outside of the bowl, so it can be seen by the customer.

  Place an online order. The girl who prepares online orders is very rude. The order was ready and was sitting on the shelf. I asked her to give it to me, but she told me to wait until she finished her business, although she could have just picked up the bag and handed it to me. I waited 20 minutes, then she simply took the bag from the shelf and handed it to me. Very rude behavior, no respect for the customer. The girl is fair and plump.

  The counters were filthy, they were busy goofing off out of a few large food items, brown rice, chicken and peppers and o ions. The ladies room had no toilet paper or paper towels. Told 2 employees and no one filled it. Not the best one by far and we love Chipotle.

  This chipotle just sucks imma be real. Waiting 20 minutes for meat or them being out of certain toppings is a common occurrence. They're really busy so I don't think the workers are entirely to blame but it still doesn't change that the experience sucks. As far as food I mean, it's just Chipotle. The food is fine, the service is just awful.
