  I have stopped by this location 2-3 times a week for lunch for about 2 years now, needless to say the food is great! My mobile order is consistently ready on time and Kirk always greets me when I arrive and even took the time and effort to remember my name. I can only assume previous poor reviews were from previous management because this location has been on the ball!

  The amount of times I’ve gone here where they have run out of damn near everything is patently absurd. This is on the GM Misty and the rest of the management for not keeping an accurate tally on the food that needs to be restocked. The only manager there that’s exceptional is Ryan on the evening shift. He’s always in a good mood when dealing with customers and he’s happy to help when he can. I’m betting if he was the GM over Misty things would get done more smoothly and efficiently. The food is good WHEN IT’S THERE and the workers on evening shift at least are very pleasant. It’s not their fault they have such horrible management to contend with. If Chipotle simply got better leaders in that store that knew how to do their job they’d be doing better. At the very least promote Ryan to GM. He’d run that store well.

  This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Always out of everything. When they do have ingredients, they’re not good. My rice is crunchy. Portions are small. This is the “guacamole” I ordered. It looks like the nasty patty from SpongeBob.

  I placed an on-the-go order and accidentally sent it to the wrong location which was way too far for me to travel to. I tried 10 different times to try to talk to an actual person who could refund me. I did not have time to wait or place another order so I left and went home. I have a newborn baby so I cannot get a refund as I'm told by pepper the Chipotle AI because I didn't place another order. So I just lost $30 worst customer service experience ever! All I wanted was my refund. I could prove that I never picked it up. This is the most frustrating experience I've had in a long time. And on top of all that I call the location where I placed the order 10 different times. Nobody answered!!
