Once they finally engage you are definitely a burden. Typically chicken and guacamole are out and those are staples. Ive been too much hoping for a change and it just gets worse. Truly sad excuse for a Chipotle!

The restaurant was also probably one of the dirtiest I’ve even been to. Not sure after that we will ever go to another chipotle especially after I spent $22 for a bowl, chips and a soda.

It was ridiculous and added a lot of time to our late night meal for my son. They need to staff more people, or do whatever necessary, so that when I show up to get food at an in-person location, I can get food by falling to people, without creating an account and using an app that’s totally unnecessary.

The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. The staff made us feel welcome and well looked after throughout. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.
