  This guy don’t know his name was very rude to not only me but my 14 year old sister. He doesn’t know how to wrap a burrito and his portions were very very small. So to the guy who made our food get your act straight!

  I had a very disappointing experience at your Covenant Avenue restaurant in Pittsburgh on Saturday, May 23rd. The service was rude, my food was ruined, and a valid coupon was not honored. Before leaving, I took the manager's and regional manager's business cards. I did email the regional manager, Adryonna, however, I never received a response. So I was going to leave a review when I saw the contact information from another customer's review. I was unable to submit my complaint using the website's contact, so I'm leaving a review. First, the employee making my food acted irritated when I asked for a fresh container of salsa – the container was full of water with a few pieces of salsa ingredients floating in it. She rolled her eyes and threw the rest of m y ingredients into the bowl. Second, your staff refused to help me scan my Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) Loyalty Program email coupon. After I downloaded the app to get the QR code, the cashier still charged me the full $27 for two entrees. When I asked why the BOGO was not applied, the cashier rudely said, "I don't know, but that's what you owe." Finally, my food was packed poorly. The large queso spilled all over the inside of the bag and messily covered my entree. There was also no receipt left in my bag. I paid for two meals but did not get the discount I was promised. Needless to say, do not bother visiting this establishment. Not a very nice place to visit.

  I’m really disappointed with my recent pickup order from this Chipotle Mexican Grill. I ordered a honey chicken salad bowl ahead of time, but what I received was unacceptable. The portion was extremely small — only a few tiny pieces of chicken and a small handful of lettuce. The bowl wasn’t even one-third full. I paid full price and expected a balanced meal, not something that looked barely prepared. This was very disappointing for a pickup order.

Food was better this time than most: Good experience except the fact there was one person staffing the entire restaurant, this poor girl running around trying to manage cooking, the front and online orders. Staff more people no one should ever have to manage an entire kitchen and dining room ever let alone at Dinner time

  The last few times I have ordered food for pick up, there has been issues. First, the place is really dirty. Second, they keep forgetting basic parts of the order (not putting beans, vegetables, cheese, etc.) and the food has been super cold even if I pick it up at the time it says it will be ready. Also, the portions are also so different depending on who is working.
