No matter the time of day, the day, or the way I order (in person, DoorDash pickup) it’s a mess. I’m sure there are some decent employees and clearly you still get business which breaks my heart as a small business owner. Corporate America backing and name recognition will keep you open with less and less restaurant options.

They put a tiny bit of rice in the bowl and smear it around to make it look like more, even when you're standing right there watching. They also cheap out on the meat - my barbacoa bowl had maybe two spoonfuls of meat. I've tried eating here multiple times with the same result. And it's not a brand-wide practice because the Chipotle on McKnight Rd does not do this. If you get your food here you'll be hungry again in 20 minutes, but if you get your food from another location you'll get an actual meal. Don't waste your money here.

Went in at 6pm on a Saturday night for. Please was an absolute mess. There was zero brown rice, zero forks, (really), guy at register didn't know how to count change. Really has gone down hill. Im done.

I got like 3 little pieces of honey chicken and a small portion of beef barbacoa? so basically chipotle charged me a ridiculous fee to give me barely anything in my burrito bowl and on top of that gave me the wrong kind of rice I requested. No wonder this place has 3.6 stars, its just ridiculous how hard can it be to get an order right? 8/10 experiences at chipotle usually end with them stiffing me on what I pay for or getting the order wrong. Do not come here this place sucks. LOOK AT THE REVIEWS, This place consistent stiffs customers on portion sizes wether you pay extra or not
