  The employee working the evening shift on October 2 and handling orders was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. She was dismissive toward Uber drivers who came to pick up orders and sent them away instead of properly assisting them. It seemed like she was more interested in getting paid than actually doing her job. Her customer service today deserves a 0 out of 5. I strongly encourage Chipotle Mexican Grill management to address employees who show this level of irresponsibility and unwillingness to do their job.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my order. The tacos were not placed properly at all and were basically thrown on top of each other. There was so much cheese, lettuce, and sour cream piled on top that I couldn’t even see the tacos underneath, and it was insanely difficult to get even one taco out without everything falling apart. On top of that, the chicken was burnt and tasted bitter. The entire order was extremely messy and looked like absolutely no care was put into preparing it. The service was also frustrating because my order took an extremely long time to be made. While I was clearly standing there waiting, none of the workers asked if I was waiting on an order or needed help, and several of them were just chatting instead. Overall, both the food quality and service were very disappointing. I would appreciate a refund or some form of resolution for this experience.

  The service was absolutely horrible. I placed my order an hour in advance to be picked up at 8:50. When I arrived, there were multiple people still waiting for their orders. I did not receive my order until 9:20, and then there was basically nothing in the bowl. That was a 30-minute wait for an order that had been placed an hour in advance. Not only that, but they told people they were closed even though they didn't close until 10pm, and said they were taking only mobile orders. This doesn't include the fact that a girl had been waiting for a simple order of chips and guac before me. She had ordered at around 8:20, and yet somehow I left with my bowl before she got her chips. When I asked if I could cancel and just get my money back, they said there was nothing they could do for me.

  Came back after avoiding this Chipotle for months to see if it had improved. Nope. The fountain machine has been “fixed,” but now it mostly serves soda water. They also randomly stop stocking basic ingredients. I've not been able on get my normal order since Independence Day. Running out of things occasionally is understandable. Making it your business model is an interesting choice. Still trash. Avoid. Moes is across the street and a Mexican restaurant is just as close

  This is the second time i’ve visited this location. Both times they have been out of almost everything, including chicken, steak, and tortillas. When I was in, it took a solid 3 minutes for the employees that were in the back chit chatting to even acknowledged the fact that I was in the restaurant. Once I did get service, they told me what they were out of. I could see more chicken cooking in the back, so I simply asked how long I would have to wait to have some. The girl responded with “girl i don’t f****** know. you just saw guy who was cooking it just walk away” and then laughed like she was being silly. While I was in there, I saw 2 employees standing at the register laughing with each other while a customer stood in front of them trying to check out. Honestly some of the rudest restaurant staff I have seen to date. The fact that a manager lets all of that slide is beyond me. I ended up just walking out because no business like that deserves patrons. Save your money and go across the street to Moe’s. Their sign “Why did the chip cross the road? To get to queso that doesn’t suck” is truly an understatement.
