  Since they do some type of changes I feel as though their customer service has gotten bad … they don’t wait for a person to get anything out I was on the phone with my mom letting her know that my phone is dying and I gotta hang out the girl taking my order was taking while I was speaking to my mom instead of waiting patiently for my response I feel as though the energy should be there since we are trusting them with our food

  0 stars I would not recommend this Chipotle location. I came here for lunch and had an issue with my chicken being undercooked, so I politely asked for it to be cooked a little longer. After receiving my bowl and returning to work, I opened my food and found that the chicken was completely burnt. I called the store and was told I could come back for a remake. When I returned during my paid work break, I was trying to resolve the issue and was not looking for any type of confrontation. Instead of helping fix the issue, the employee who prepared my food refused to provide a remake or help resolve the situation. The interaction escalated when she attempted to fight me, walked away from her work station, went outside, and repeatedly told me to “come outside” while continuing to provoke the situation. I felt threatened and had to contact police because I did not feel safe. When the police arrived, I was advised to contact corporate and was also told not to return to the location, as the manager no longer wishes to serve me, and that if I return I could be charged with trespassing. The manager never approached me, checked on the situation, or offered a refund. The way this situation was handled by both the employee and management was very disappointing. A customer should be able to report a problem with their food without being threatened or disrespected. I hope this location reviews how customers are treated because this was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

  Went in about an hour before closing and was told it was online ordering only. So I placed an online order for just chips and queso. Waited over 40+ minutes and it still wasn’t ready. The online orders were not being placed on the shelf for pickup and when customers were asking they were being ignored. So I got up and left. Kept checking the app and the order was still not being worked on. Instead it seemed they were more worried about cleaning and trying to close instead of getting orders out. I also was not the only person that walked out, multiple other people did as well as they were frustrated also. Watched a worker go up and grab one of the proteins out of the prep area where they prepare the bowls in front of everyone and eat the protein with her gloves on and then go back to work. Very disappointed. Tried getting a refund for the food I didn’t receive and couldn’t. I couldn’t even cancel the order. Waste of money and time! Don’t ever go to this location.

  Although we disnt get sick from the food, the quality was poor and things were NOT fresh. Something in the bowl tasted like burnt cigarette, vegetables were overdone, lettuce was wilted, guacamole looked super old and dark, and tomatos in the pico were old too. Assembly line was very messy and they were out of lots of food. (Couldn't even get chips). Employees were non-communicative and rude when they did communicate. I just squeaked in line before the assembly guy started yelling rudely at other incoming customers to get out of the store because there was a 10 minute wait.
