I travel for work and am a chipotle frequent flyer, this location was great. Staff was great, burrito was actually rolled correctly and portion sizes were not cut short like alot the surrounding locations in the North Pittsburgh area.

The service was…..okay. I say that because the guy who made my chipotle honey chicken at about 5:15 ish today had a bit of an attitude, especially when I asked about making quesadillas. He tells me that they have to be ordered online, which was never the case for a while. Confused, when I get my order, I ask the cashier how long they’ve done that for. He genuinely had no idea and asks the same guy who did my order and, with an annoyed look on his face, says “It’s always been that way.” Which is completely false. I just genuinely wanted to know what happened to one of the only foods I actually do like from chipotle and he makes it a problem. I’ve been in the food industry before but this was just nasty. Do better, man.

This is the worst Chipotle on earth and it's not the fault of the employees, hands down. I once watched one single employee make burritos, cook food, do the line all herself while the only other employee was essentially chained to the delivery service line. Chronically understaffed, it's not their fault idk what anyone would expect them to really do. You will wait in like for 89 years because one person has to wear every hat in the joint and when you finally get your food, it will be grossly under portioned because they aren't able to cook enough food to serve the amount of people in the line. This was the location that finally made me renounce Chipotle entirely as a semi healthy fast protein option. Just stopped going to Chipotles entirely lol. Corporate ruined this chain, but this particular location is especially bad likely due to corporate.

Visit: May 13 2026 Service was horrible, food was horrible. The person who made our bowls was very rude and rushing people with orders. She was trying to force multiple people to tell her multiple items at the same time. As a result she put queso on my wife’s bowl instead of shredded cheese and gave her an attitude and acted like it was my wife’s fault when she corrected her. The same cashier was short and rude with other customers as well. Food was severely over seasoned and burnt and thus barely edible. I’ve been to multiple chipotle’s across 3 states and this is by far the worst experience I have had. I’ll go to another nearby location next time.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. First of all whoever the black girl is that’s on the line right now, at 1:57pm, her attitude sucks! I asked her/him, not sure what it identifies as, if a burrito comes with a bowl, he/she said no.. what do yall want to eat? I said well that’s why I was asking you that question, we were trying to figure it out. She said oh well yall been standing here for a “minute” figured yall would know what yall want.. I just felt like I’m a customer and we haven’t been to chipotle in a while, let alone we had an undecided child with us, Patience is key. We walked away and spent our money elsewhere. Will never come back to this store. Pathetic experience.
