- LTL TJul 15, 20261.0May be the worst chipotle of all time. I swear they never have gotten a bowl right and as a vegetarian with allergies who specifically removes meat from any dish it’s either there anyways or they don’t accommodate a replacement. They also love adding random ingredients you didn’t at all ask for which could very easily become an allergy issue for many people. The portion size is also way under the usual Chipotle standard- how can I literally see the bottom of the bowl after just opening it. Service is at best less than mediocre which is crazy considering they make a fair bit more than the average introductory hourly wage in pittsburgh. They also regularly forget items you paid for- at that point you may as well steal my wallet. They either don’t believe that they forgot something or disappear in the back. Everyone is struggling right now if I decide I’m going to budget a takeout meal I need to actually get the food I asked for and not have to risk getting sick. Go up the road to the McCandles location they’re much better, also avoid the Waterworks location.
