  When I come into a Chipotle these days my expectations are low. But this Chipotle managed to fall short of even my lowest expectations. It truly is the worst chipotle I think I have ever been to. For starters it's filthy. Rice and salsa and meat all over the prep tables. The workers look like they are horribly understaffed. For some reason one of the workers had his kid hanging out in a stroller taking up half of the line space. Bizarre. The food is terrible too. The rice is simultaneously overcooked and undercooked (how is that possible?), and the meat has no flavor. There was a whole bay leaf in my bowl. They are also constantly out of ingredients. But the service is fast and the food is cheap. 2/5

  It would take less time to drive to Mexico for food than to wait for this location to make food. Service is horrible. Even when you attempt to order on line it may say 10 minutes but plan on 60 minutes

  Very disappointing experience. My online order was incomplete, but what bothered me far more was how rudely the situation was handled. The white woman working there at the time was extremely dismissive, passive-aggressive, and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of apologizing or making a reasonable effort to fix the problem, she made me feel as though I was being difficult simply for pointing out that my order was wrong and asking for a solution. At one point, she ignored me and walked away while the issue was still unresolved. Mistakes with orders happen, and I can understand that. What I cannot understand is treating a customer rudely when the store made the mistake in the first place. The whole interaction was extremely unpleasant and unprofessional, and I left feeling very disappointed with the customer service at this location.

  There’s no winning with this location. Order online and you have to wait 30 minutes past your pick up time. Try to order in person and they’re “online only”. Even when they do get your order in it’s missing items. Better off looking elsewhere. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but when it’s a chronic issue it’s only fair to leave one. Management needs to solve this problem.

  When I arrived they were out of chicken and steak so that delayed things. Then once I received my order the drink is the wrong size and I would've asked for the right size but they didn't have any ice. Nothing says delight like a room temp coke on a 80 degrees September day. Disappointed with this location. In the future I will make the further trip and go to Baum Blvd where I've never had an issue.
