Yesterday there wasn't even anyone there but they were taking orders online anyway. They will take your money gladly but good luck getting your food.

There is no sense of urgency of the staff in charge of catering. I assume the young man with blonde hair and earring that always has an excuse why your order is never ready is the manager. If hes not, he definitely shouldn't be handling large orders. Twice Ive come to pick up a catering order at this location ON TIME and have had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. What is the point in even setting a time for pick up if its never going to be ready? Lesson learned I will never place a catering order here again. Word to management, please prepare your staff and store with enough food to accommodate catering as well as in person orders. Its unfair to the in person customers that dont have options of food because you ran out of food giving it to a catering order!! Just poor planning and preparation.
