- DGDena Genes2 days ago1.0If you are out of white rice, queso and chips you should tell people before they start to order their food. The food prep area looks like a burrito exploded there’s food all over the place.
- KLK LJun 11, 20261.0I’ve never written a review before, but my experience at this Chipotle was so bad that I felt like I had to. This location needs a complete reset with new management and new employees. It is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude and acts like they didn’t sign up to work there. Every interaction felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the restaurant exists. The service was absolutely terrible, and I will never be coming back. I’ll also be telling friends and family to avoid this location. The restaurant itself was disgusting. I understand that places get busy, but it only takes a few minutes every so often to wipe down tables, clean up spills, and keep the dining area presentable. If there truly aren’t enough employees working, then management needs to do a better job scheduling staff. This place is an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand and gives the company a very bad look. Between the rude employees, poor management, terrible service, and lack of cleanliness, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.

I take a look at the guacamole BROWN / OLD / DISGUSTING as ever I ask the cashier if she can get any from the back she grabs it and says “it’s worse than the one out here”— and it was. Every time I come here this workers / staff rude as ever. So disappointing

Portion sizes are always on point, and they have always gotten my mobile order correct. Highly recommend this location :)

Good luck going to this chipotle restaurant during lunch break they always move slow here. The food is not bad but the customer service is terrible at this location. The district manager needs to check on their employees here .
