  the absolute worst chipotle around. Always dirty, staff are never tentative. If you order for delivery you are almost garunteed to have something in your order missing.

  Stopped by to grab dinner today (Friday night 6pm), there were 3 employees that I could see and they just kept sending people away saying they are not serving anybody because they are “understaffed”. There were literally 2 more customers there. What are those 3 people doing in there?! Just awful

  Very rude, impatient, out of supplies, dirty, things were, that weren’t sanitary, were spread throughout the restaurant. For example, dirty worker’s gloves.

  Come here if you want the worst customer service. They were short staffed and "not serving line", however they would not let anyone know that you could order online. They did not want to work. Continously turned customers away.

  Chipotle is lucky the food is so good. But don't think you're ever getting dinner because they run out of items so fast they either are out of chicken or out of guacamole or out of queso or out of cheese. There's a whole nother food bar to the side for takeout orders and if they have one of those items over there it's like pulling teeth to get you a scoop. I'm sorry I'm a customer too and just because I didn't put my order in online doesn't mean you can't walk over there and give me a scoop of guacamole. However sometimes they're out of something completely and that just blows my mind how you can just be out of shredded cheese what are you shredding it daily know I guarantee it's coming in a giant bag and what we don't have enough bags in the cooler for the week like we only get this one little tray for the day and when we run out at 3:00 it's done like how annoying for your employees to have to tell so many people that you're out of a certain thing it would drive me insane working there. It's also tough to keep the dining room clean. The tables are Hit or Miss whether they're wiped off or not. The Sprite in the machine has been out for at least 2 weeks. Mmm love soda water. Some of the employees that are here are amazing some of the other employees will say we're out of cheese I'll replace that with queso and then proceeded to charge you for the queso at the register. I just don't understand people's lack of capability for general customer service a simple smile a thank you have a nice day is not that hard and it makes you feel like a happier person when you're treating other people nicely. Like I said several of the employees here are awesome but there's a whole handful of them who are just not accommodating so I don't know don't work in food service then?
