  The lady who took our order was beyond rude and kept cutting us off when we were ordering. Thank goodness there was one kind man working. They didn’t have barely any options and they were real rational with their chips. Cmon, do better.

  Went many times because I live very close, but it's always a disappointment. Last time I ordered catering and had to wait 15 minutes even though I went to pick it up 30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. In the meantime, the employee preparing the order spent more time on her phone than preparing my order. She didn't care I was there waiting for the order. When I got home, the tortillas were missing. This is the worse Chipotle location in Pittsburgh by far, and it's been like that for years. It seems they don't care about improving it.

  Dreadful chipotle, I went there for two consecutive days and I don’t think I’ve seen more atrocious service. This more recent time I enter at noon (note they open 1 hour earlier) and was told without any reason they’re closed. I was advised by another customer they were serving only via the app, to which the same server responded that it would take “a long time”. On a personal note, what the heck are you guys even doing then? Regardless never coming to this chipotle again and I would advise others to do the same.

  This is by far the worst Chipotle in the area. No matter when I go, how busy it is, or what I order- the employees are unbelievably rude and miserable. They roll their eyes, throw your food around and act as though they’ve never had a worse day in their life. I can’t believe it is SO consistently unpleasant in this location, but every time I say to myself, surely today will be different- I’m wrong.

  I am writing to formally document the completely unacceptable experience my family and I had at this location today. While we have enjoyed coming here in the past, this visit was a total operational failure from start to finish.The staff demonstrated an incredibly unprofessional attitude across the board. Furthermore, the restaurant was completely ill-equipped to serve customers, running out of nearly every major ingredient. Incredibly, even basic fountain drinks were completely unavailable.The most egregious part of our visit occurred during our refund process. The manager on duty came to the register while actively engaged in a personal phone conversation. They conducted our entire return transaction without pausing their call or acknowledging us, which is a staggering display of disrespect and poor leadership.This establishment is in desperate need of an immediate staff overhaul and rigorous management retraining. As a previously loyal customer, I can assure you that we will not be returning after being treated with such blatant disregard
