Ignorant staff and filthy store! No more Chipotle for me! Ever! Every store I go into is filthy! What happened to these places? The corporate bot that is responding does nothing to actually improve the restaurants..all lip service! Typical corporate BS. "Just give us your money that is all we really care about! We aren't going to do anything to make it better! Ever!!!

Eat here only if you have no other options. Our last visit was the last straw. Previously we had experienced this location running out of key ingredients. 1-2 times this is understandable but EVERY time shows poor management and this is a consistent experience. Our most recent visit we arrived expecting to order in person and were told the only option was to order online and wait. If we had wanted to order online we would have done so before arriving. We were ordering for take out and the location had no napkins. How do you run out of napkins?? When we got the food one of the burritos was very small and the burrito bowl had half of an avocado in it instead of the properly mashed avocado that is guacamole. The environment was also disshelved in the prep area with what looked like empty boxes piled visibly on the counter space. The saving grace was that the food was fine but we don't plan to go back. This location clearly has a management problem that they refuse to address that has been pervasive for years.

Arrived at 1050(5 minutes after open) and was greeted with we need 10 minutes and asked to leave the store. I found that to be quite rude especially since hours are properly posted. Never been to a food place and asked to leave upon walking in. When I did reenter after 10 minutes the steak and fajitas weren’t ready so I unfortunately wasn’t able to get a meal.

1 star is pretty generous for this dump of a chipotle. They never have any food, the line is always outrageous, and when both are happening at once they won’t tell you what they’re out of until you’ve been sitting there for 15 minutes. Do not waste your time and money ever even pulling into this chipotle parking lot.

Pretty disappointing experience all around. First, I was charged 10 cents for a paper bag, which caught me completely off guard. I’ve been to Chipotle locations in multiple states and can’t remember ever being charged separately for a bag. Then after paying for it, I was handed the bag and had to bag my own food while the cashier was literally resting her head on the register looking like she was about to fall asleep. They were also out of the honey vinaigrette. I understand things run out sometimes, so that alone wouldn’t have been a huge deal, but it just added to the overall experience. The biggest issue was the crew in general. Everyone seemed completely uninterested in being there and more focused on getting through the shift than helping customers. There was plenty of open complaining, mumbling, and grumbling going on where customers could clearly hear it. I don’t expect employees to act like they’re thrilled to be at work every second, but there’s still a basic level of professionalism you expect when you walk into a restaurant. After seeing this location already has a 2.9 rating on Google, I can clearly understand why. Unfortunately, my experience lined up pretty closely with what that rating suggests.
