While I was startled from her unprofessional request, we walked together to my table ,she verified the missing nuggets but she saw the chicken soup side on my table instead of the Mac n cheese. I am 100% sure on my chick fil A app that I tapped on Mac n cheese choice but somehow it landed on the chicken soup , her attitude was so unprofessional and she told me, look it is your fault, you made the mistake and I will correct your mistake , no one else could have chosen the chicken soup but you , and she took she soup and got me the Mac n cheese. Her attitude was unprofessional and mean because first of all a professional manager does not ask the customers about their table to verify an item and a professional manager doesn't tell a customer look it was your fault you made the mistake . that is unprofessional and rude and I do not know at what location she worked before as may be her customers from the previous chick fil a location cheated alot to get a free item but this neighborhood is fancy and we don't do that. Check my history of orders. I am not that kind of people who lie to get a free item. I have been a customer for over 10 years. She put me down very down with her actions. I complained already to the headquarters and I hope they check my history of orders. I never order chicken soup , I always order Mac n cheese and I have been a customer for over 10 years and I spent thousands of dollars ordering from chicken fil a and now I have a manager who chases me to my table to see if I am a liar seeking a free item and argue with me about a mistake may be I did or the app glitches did it. Plus when she brought the Mac n cheese she told my kids God bless you which is another issue which is involving personal beliefs in business, who told her that every one believes in God?? Please hire professional managers. Something else very important to mention, When I met her at the counter she could have showed me the receipt and said "the receipt says chicken soup did you get it?? And then she would have said " apparently somehow accidentally you chose chicken soup instead of the Mac n cheese but no worries we will correct it for you" but in Talika's situation she asked me to show her my table to get the chicken soup because she thought I am a sneaky customer tricking her for a free item whichwas so insulting. That experience today was so awful.
