  I went at 8 pm on a Tuesday and they were out of HALF of the things I asked for. They ran out of falafel, Tziki sauce, cucumbers, and more. Everyone was struggling to figure out their own orders. I had tried to place a mobile order and the ETA was over 1 hour which is why I went to order in person. Absolutely horrible at stocking what they needed. Employees were polite and responsive- but not working as efficiently as they could have (management issues rather than individual employees).

  The food was splendid, but the exceptional service provided by Shay and Princess added the perfect touch to CAVA experience as a whole. Shay’s knowledge of the many dressing variations guided me in the right direction for an immaculate salad.

  CAVA is basically the Mediterranean version of Chipotle, and I mean that in a good way. You pick your base, protein, toppings, and sauces, and everything feels fresh and flavorful. I like that there are a lot of options, so it is easy to build something that fits your taste. The bowls are filling but still feel lighter than a lot of fast food. The sauces and toppings are really what make it good. Overall, it is a great quick meal spot. Fresh, tasty, easy, and much more interesting than a typical fast casual place.

  Placed an order on the website for pick up an hour before they’re closing, When i got there they said they couldn’t make my order because all the proteins are out, they couldn’t refund either and i should contact their support. It was so frustrating because i placed order one hour before they’re closing!! They didn’t bother to fill anything or cook any meat at all? The employees and manager has no clue what they doing and didn’t know how to refund customer order? Basically i paid money and left with no food and i have to figure out how to get my money back myself! So disappointed!

  Tonight was my first experience and the food will be only reason I would come back. The meat was tender and hot as it should but the service wasn't. They made it unwelcoming by their attitude along with their body language of not wanting to be there at all. I understand long days working at a restaurant, been there done that, but if it weren't for the taste of the food, I wouldn't come back. The portions are small. You have to ask for another 2 scoops just to get a decent amount. My scoop of cucumbers consisted of 4 or 5 cubes. Please just have better service.
