  Best CAVA in Pittsburgh!! Daniel, Deana, and Tay went above and beyond - you can tell they have a great culture working together. They were super welcoming, friendly, funny, and just made the whole experience great. Also gave me the fattest bowl I’ve ever had…. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. 10/10, couldn’t recommend this location and crew enough!!

  Warm & genuine: Really enjoyed my experience at CAVA in East Liberty. The food felt fresh, wholesome, and satisfying, and the service was quick and friendly. Definitely a great spot when you want something good without the wait. 👍

  Worse cava location ever!!! Disappointed in the service and condition of the space and food. Waited in line for over 15 minutes to be given an attitude by the female worker. The management needs to do better in training staff in customer service and food preparation!!!

  I love the food here soo much. Soo much soo that I brought a friend back with me so they could get the full experience of the wonderful atmosphere. Of course the employees Mar and Saniya made it even better very quick and efficient!!

  If you like to get yelled at by employees because you’re asking for your online order that is 30 minutes late then his is the spot for you! After asking I was not given a time that my food would be done. They had no care for the customers and acted like we were a burden. I asked for a refund and then they yelled at me and “refused to serve me” in front of the whole store! I left with no food and no refund.
