  Food is pretty good, but suffers from poor service and being horrifically understaffed. I wouldn’t blame the staff for this issue, they seem to be trying hard, but I would try other locations. I also wouldn’t bother ordering ahead- your order will most likely be wrong or have you waiting over an hour while being ignored

  Food is great, but the service is horrendous. Almost everyone working there has an attitude like you’re bothering them. Mobile orders are frequently wrong and have long wait times. They seem to go out of their way to be inefficient and everything takes twice as long as it needs to even ordering in person.

  Pick up orders are constantly made completely wrong (I’m talking not even close to what you ordered) even though it will have the receipt with the accurate order on the container every time.

  went to the cava in Oakland the store was so dirty no tables where clean i couldn't even sit down to eat i got a salmon bowl it was so small the salmon was burnt as ever i couldn't even eat my food i was so disappointed i paid 20 dollars for food i couldn't eat

  I accidentally placed my online order pickup for the same time that my shift at work starts, but the employees were so accommodating and quickly made my food 50 minutes before the actual pickup time during a dinner rush! Food is always great, too :)
