  just visited CAVA in East Liberty and loved my experience! Shay provided excellent customer service, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. They had some great healthy options, too. Customer service is the most important part of my dining experience, and this team gave 100%. I’ll definitely be back!

  Have been to many CAVA across the country. This one is the worst and it’s not even close. Filthy dining area, rude staff, no falafel, no lamb meatballs, no pita chips. Either DoorDash drivers or homeless people lingering in the pick up area. All of this at 11:30 am. Well below expectations and brand standards.

  I’ve been here before for the harissa avocado and it was absolutely delicious. All of the components were so fresh and delicious. I especially love the pickled onions. So excited to try their entire menu one lunch at a time

  Best thing i ever had in my life I got the chips only i still need to try a bowl omg they were perfectly seasoned just perfectly made great job and the person who checked me out was so so kind and so was the other girl there amazing crew

  I was disappointed with my experience during my recent visit to CAVA. I was ordering a kids meal and was trying to ask a question about getting pita chips. While I was trying to communicate my order, the employee was dismissive and spoke in a rude manner. He mumbled under his breath, **“whatever that is,”** and then said, **“At this point, I don’t know what you are getting.”** I was there with my father, and I found the interaction especially uncomfortable because I can sometimes have difficulty communicating in certain situations. Rather than being patient and helping me with my order, I felt as though I was being made to feel uncomfortable for simply asking questions and trying to make sure my order was correct. I understand that employees can have stressful or busy shifts, but customers should still be treated with patience, courtesy, and respect. I hope management will address this interaction and remind staff of the importance of providing a welcoming and respectful experience to every customer.
