- KLKelli Lemery3 days ago5.0I have been coming here for years. Kitchen service is absolutely trash but the bartenders make up for it every time. Kandace, Lindsey, and Wendy are on the ball. The food is always amazing….BUT the Kitchen just needs a better manager.

I called 4 times and the call dropped each time, first after putting me on hold for 4 minutes, then dropping immediately, I tried calling from a different number and was again in the indefinite hold until the call dropped. Finally gave up and placed the order on the Calientes website (which was horrible on mobile as it always opened to the bottom of the pages). I selected pay at location and hit enter. Checked email for confirmation which I eventually found in my spam that claimed the food would be ready at 7:47pm. I arrived at 7:53 and was told by the employee who asked for the name for the order it would be about 10 minutes. 15 minutes later the same employee asked for the order name again then revealed that they didn't have any record of my order at all. So, no pizza. Also I don't personally like the vibe of the restaurant (dark, cramped, and empty) and dislike the smell though my partner didn't smell anything strange. Note: when I dined in here with my family the employee that day was very nice and helped rearrange the tables in the upper portion so we could watch the world cup (they also changed the channel in that area to put the world cup on). Paper plates though.
